Hotel a 5 stelle nel cuore di Colonia. Personale molto cordiale. Servizio di pulizia un po' lento (il giorno prima del check-out la nostra camera non è stata affatto pulita, gli asciugamani nuovi sono stati forniti solo su richiesta). Ma nel complesso consigliato.

La stanza aveva un letto proprio accanto alla porta, il che rendeva piuttosto fastidioso la sera perché si sentivano dei passi... tuttavia, ho visto alcune altre stanze mentre venivano pulite, e penso di essere stato davvero sfortunato con la disposizione della stanza. Un'altra cosa era che l'hotel era situato proprio accanto alla stazione del tram, quindi era anche piuttosto rumoroso. Inoltre, c'era un enorme divario sotto la porta del bagno che non mi piaceva perché non ti dava molta privacy. Tuttavia, la colazione era eccellente e l'addetto alla reception il giorno del mio check out (13 dicembre, intorno alle 11:00) era estremamente gentile.

Great location, modern and clean rooms. Internet is not good, other than that everything is great.

Business Trip for nights was nice and comfortable.

Location perfect in the heart of Cologne. Doorlock didn’t work at first. Water boiler was full of bubbles when boiling water. WiFi password wasn’t communicated.

Worth it

The room is amazing, the location is even better. Its iust 2 mins walk from the bus or metro. The receptionist is very welcome and is great that we are able to check in early as well. The room is filled with full facility and very cozy

I'm a Steigenberger fan. And this was my third stay at the Köln hotel. This year, it was clear quality of services and amenities dropped, from the collapse of the computer system right at the start of Gamescom, to long waits to speak with staff. The hotel needs more seasoned hands on deck. Staff is helpful & friendly, but overworked. Not happy with the half glass wall that separates part of the shower from the rest of the bathroom. It's a poor design that leaves the bathroom floor wet. Get a proper sliding door in place or a shower curtain. The bottom of the bathroom door showed clear signs of water damage. Also, don't flag all your green initiatives when you offer non-recyclable metal pods for the Espresso machine. Breakfast was great, parking nearby, love the location and neighborhood. But the hotel felt shabbier and service slide was notable from a year ago.

Perfect location, the rooms are a bit small though. Didn't like that the room's door is practically near the bed.

Great hotel to stay near Koln Cathedral.

Alle da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf Köln zum Kaffee.

酒店地理位置很好，走到科隆大教堂和市區商業街都不遠，周邊星巴克、麥當勞都有，還有一家重慶小麪餐廳非常適合中國胃！

周圍都是食街，各種吃。樓下就是城堡聖誕街市，氣氛熱烈。

Staub unterm Bett, riesige Fliege im zimmer, da man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann, haben wir diese eingefangen, jedoch wurde Sie von den Servicekräften nicht entfernt, sondern wieder im Zimmer frei gelassen, keine Hausschuhe wie angegeben, unfreundliches Personal, ich zahlte die Tourismus Gebühren beim Check in, jedoch wurde dies vom Personal nicht vermerkt, so dass ich dies erneut beim Check out zahlen musste, auf meine Bitte die Kollegin zu kontaktieren, welche mich eingecheckt hat wurde nicht eingegangen, oder dir Kameras zu überprüfen auf denen man sehen kann, das ich diese bar bezahlt habe. Keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches kam vom Personal. Als ich im Außenbereich saß, hat es 1 h gedauert bis der Tisch an dem ich saß von den alten Gläsern der vorherigen Gäste abgeräumt wurde & dieser wurde nicht vom Personal abgerieben und verblieb mit Flecken.
