We had an enjoyable stay. Location and service was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect view of the cathedral from the club lounge. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for out stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic Being on the other side of the river although required a walk but also gave us a nice night view of the city from a distance

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

Location and front office were great. Rooms ok, stayed in Hyatts around the world, Cologne was nice but nothing extraordinary.

It was a bit old, and the room was cold, but it was a nice hotel. Great location and view. Excellent and fast room service.

The breakfast is expensive 36 euro

定的景色最好的房間，給了我一間很無語的房間，後面拖着行李又去更換！前台態度不好，房間比較老舊，床很軟，睡着不舒服，可能老外喜歡，中國人絕對不喜歡！不好的入住體驗！

엄청난 뷰. 꼭 리버뷰 선택하세요. 쾰른성당과 라인강의 멋진 뷰를 방에서도 경험합니다. 하얏트 이름값하는 럭셔리 호텔, 친절한 스탭들, 다음에도 또 머물고 싶네요. Incredible views. Be sure to choose a river view. Great view of Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine River from the room. Luxury hotel worthy of the Hyatt name, friendly staff, can't wait to stay again.

科隆非常好的五星酒店，就在大教堂對面，可以走路過去。 建議訂帶俱樂部權益的房間哦，可以免費享受早餐 下午茶及行政酒廊。

非常滿意，價格也是跟撿漏一樣，科隆展去了這麼多年，第一次住在這麼舒服的地方，真的窗户看鐵索橋跟大教堂。
