Ho selezionato questa struttura in conseguenza di un evento fieristico, quindi non troppo lontano dalla fiera ma anche dal centro della città. Questo hotel si trova a circa 1 km a piedi dal duomo ed è a ridosso dalle vie dello shopping di Colonia. Personale molto cordiale ed efficiente. Camera confortevole e molto silenziosa anche grazie alla zona dove si trova l'hotel. Un pò caro ma offre tutti i comfort. Bagno dotato di tutti gli accessori.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable.
No TV channels, in English, were working.
Breakfast options were really good.
Staff were helpful & spoke good English.
Hotel parking charges weren't explained during booking process.
An extra 'energy' charge (additional to city tax) per guest has been in place since November 2022, but this wasn't mentioned during booking.

Check in was odd, without even greeting us front desk said “I don’t have rooms until 3pm,” I asked if we could pre register and come back for the keys she said no. It was 1:30pm. We parked and went back in to use the restrooms and saw a lady checking in, then my husband asked “so you have rooms ready now?” So she finally asked for our last name and yes room was ready, but she refused to check our reservation 10 mins before. They are a VIP property, and we are gold members and have early check in if available. She gave the keys and no information about the hotel or our reservation. We didn’t even know anything about the wireless had to call the front desk to ask information. Check out is at 11am, as gold members we have guarantee 2h late check out but another front desk agent said she didn’t know anything about late check out and refused to extend. We let it go. Asked the next morning, again “no late check outs available” we explained our gold members status, they agreed to 1 hour. We had discounted parking as a vip property and we had to remind them about it. they honored the discount. Location is great, room is very simple, bed with thin uncomfortable mattress, only two pillows, didn’t feel like a 4 star room. Staff could be friendlier or perhaps more caring.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof. The room was small but serviceable, and the check-in and check-out were easy and performed by friendly personnel. No complaints, a good deal.

Lovely hotel in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Really comfy bed in a quiet location. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

good hotel big and good rooms. rooms are small but comfortable. but tea coffee is not available in the room. property is neat and clean and a very beautiful small chapel. But location is not very good. As per the the price of room it is not that worthy

Great location, central and quiet at the same time. Cleanliness. We were actually very surprised by the excellent reviews of this hotel based on which we made our final decision to stay there. Double rooms were like tiny boxes, the supposed 'double bed' was much too small for two adults and not comfortable. The mattress was very hard, the sheets very slippery. Half of the shower door was missing and it ended up getting very wet in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom didn't work to help dry things up. Not sure if all rooms are like this or we were just unlucky with room 323. Breakfast was basic but decent, after 9am they don't really bother to refill.
