Reception quasi inesistente, ingresso poco accogliente …. da rivedere, camere niente da dire e nessuna lode, ambiente colazione angusto, ripetitivo il buffet anche se accettabile!!!! Forse tre stelle sono troppe …. Anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno, è un hotel molto bello e pulito, il personale è davvero disponibile e cordiale, torneremo sicuramente, la posizione è perfetta, tutto è molto facile da raggiungere 👍

Reception staff very rude when we asked her to chk the non working tv, reluctantly she went to 'fix' but still not working though she claimed already done . No info of the places to go but answered to us all up to u, I don't know what u wanted to do , when we told her of interests the history n so on , she just play not interested at all ..we had 2 big luggage and she placed us at the level without lift , we asked if can change room,she said 100% occupied n turned us down, we don't see many people there even after dinner times..Atleast she put in effort to chk rather just answered us without thinking in view of we are too old to carry the bags up the stairs. This type of working attitudes how to hv full hse in their property..

Hotel rooms very bad condition. Service very very unfriendly. The worse experience I ever had. 😩😩😩

Though it is an old hotel, it is clean and well kept. There is a tiny lift (no sweat with luggages). Room has beautiful courtyard view. Sound proofing needs some work 😅 Room was warm as it faced west, asked for a table fan. Buffet continental breakfast has a good selection of cheese. Overall it is well worth the money. Friendly staff. We could check in at 10.30am as the room was ready.

Nice room, clean, quiet, and bright . The only thing i missed was a small refrigerator . The location is very good ! Finally the staff is very kind and helpful!

Old hotel, but located not bad . Old bath, old interior, but can be for few nights

The room was very clean and the staff member at the reception she was very friendly and helpful. She helped with everything. The location of the hotel was nice you can go to cathedral 10 minutes walking.

it was great location, easy to get to, staff were friendly and all was good,the only issue is that we saw a rat 2 days in a row in the lobby area/ luggage storage area which was unpleasant and we have informed the staff on our departure day.

Value for money

This is a great option when in Cologne. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Renovations were in progress but did not impact my stay. I will book again.

The room was so warm and no ventilation at all. There was a fan but didn’t do much unfortunately. There was another room leaking so tap water wasn’t drinkable for a while(yellow water coming out from the tap). The location was good, 15min to get to central.

This Hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient and close to Koln Dom and train station. A lot of super markets and stores around as well as resturants. Fantastic experiences.

Decent place to stay just close to Cologne important hotspot for travel .
