Ho partecipato ad una riunione presso il Gaylord, e il colazione giornaliero e la passeggiata a Gaylord erano molto conveniente, era pulito, il servizio era grande e era super tranquillo.

La stanza è OK, l'atteggiamento della reception è anche molto buono. A causa del ritardo del tempo dell'aereo, offre anche un servizio di ritardo di partenza, ma la sensazione vicina non è buona. L'hotel è pieno di gusto ** intorno.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per diversi anni e c'è sempre stato qualche tipo di incidente o altro. Con il manager al centro di esso. Non aveva inclinazione per la cura dei clienti e come si trova nel business ospite è sempre stato un mistero per me. Non sono stato in due anni a causa di Covid. In aprile, finalmente sono riuscito a pagare una visita. Per il mio piacere, il manager è stato sostituito da un nuovo manager chiamato Brittany. Era fantastica! Molto considerato e attento alle esigenze del cliente. TT, il precedente manager, era lontano da esso. La Gran Bretagna offre un respiro d'aria fresca, che è proprio quello che questo hotel richiede. Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno e tutte le mie richieste sono state soddisfatte. Sono ansioso di tornare l'anno prossimo.
