Amazing hotel in Qiandaohu. Location is great in a quite section of the lake. Rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Breakfast is also delicious! Will definitely be back if we ever return to Qiandaohu. The only downside was the hotspring was not working, and as we booked the hotel in winter, this was one of the reasons we booked here. They do have an indoor hotspring you can pay to use, but definitely not as nice as the outdoor hotspring they advertise as having.

Rispetto a Marriott e Sheraton, InterContinental ha il suo fascino unico e tranquillo. In tutto il lago Qiandao, sembra tranquillo e confortevole. Strutture: molto complete. Pulizia: molto pulito, la camera era immacolata. Ambiente: molto buono, la stanza si affaccia sul lago, si vede la vista sul lago, il tempo era giusto quando hai fatto il check-in e ti senti molto bene di fronte alla vista sul lago! Servizio: la governante Aqian è molto gentile e premurosa.Prima che arrivassimo al negozio, ci ha contattato per confermare l'itinerario, consigliarci le attività dell'hotel e premurosamente fissare un appuntamento per noi per il tè pomeridiano e organizzare la pulizia anticipata della stanza e check-out posticipato Ci hanno regalato dei souvenir quando siamo partiti e il servizio molto premuroso ha aggiunto molto all'intero viaggio!

Dopo molte riflessioni, ho deciso di dare una valutazione obiettiva. Essendo un noto hotel, l'esperienza di soggiornare in questo periodo è stata estremamente scarsa. La sera del check-in c'erano dei capelli sul cuscino del letto e alcuni cose sporche sulle lenzuola (foto allegata), anche se l'hotel ha sostituito rapidamente lenzuola e cuscini quando è successa una cosa del genere, non è quello che dovresti fare? Questo tipo di situazione non dovrebbe accadere nel tuo hotel, giusto? Nessun responsabile ha prestato attenzione a questo problema dall'inizio alla fine. Lascio che la piattaforma Ctrip coordini tutta la comunicazione (do un grande elogio alla piattaforma Ctrip qui, e attribuire grande importanza ai clienti. Soddisfazione), alla fine, la negoziazione sulla piattaforma Ctrip è fallita e non è stata affrontata fino a quando non ho chiamato la sede di InterContinental per dare un feedback sul problema. Dall'inizio alla fine, l'ho fatto non vedere affatto l'atteggiamento dell'hotel. Infine, vorrei aggiungere che stamattina la colazione era tutta affamata. Ci sono voluti 20 minuti interi per sedersi lì e servirla. Il cibo era tutto freddo. Non so come descriverlo per un hotel a cinque stelle .

The best luxury hotel in Qiandaohu lake , the staff are very kind and helpful, the room and whole hotel is very clean and the playground for children is very suitably . 100% recommend 🌹🌹

I don't write many reviews but this place deserves one. It's setting, the facilities and the very helpful staff are wonderful. We will definitely come back in future.

It was really comfortable stay for my family. Outdoor pool with great river view was still open so kids really like that and restaurants were also enjoyable. The room condition was also good. Thanks to Maxine for her kind support during my stay 😊

A terrific location with amazing hikes and amenities within the resort. Front of house staff are welcoming and eager to assist. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard.

A beautiful resort with very friendly staff. The location is perfect. The food was good, but not excellent. Breakfast buffet was much better than dinner buffet.

A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests. The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above. However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel: - no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant. - it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best. - Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

excellent sevice. the staff goes out of way to fulfill your needs. good breakfast and buffet dinner. lot of activities for youg kids.

The service during check-in and dinner at the Western-style restaurant were disappointing. The guided walk was advertised as a stroll yet it was a hike. The painting activity was nice.
