Hi. I'm posting this while I'm on board. Having booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & had to continue for 2 more nights. It's a sheer waste of money. Staff is totally irresponsible & not at all responding & all credits to the WORST MANAGEMENT as I belive it is not the staff but the management who as to control & ensure hospitality. Restaurant is more of like a charitable free food service with a very little & that too stale food. Anyone who is opting to book this problem should think twice, as there is difference between Paid reviews Vs geniune reviews.

The executive room is same as other rooms. No difference except for the size of bed maybe. Service is a little slow. Ac wasn’t working for the second day. Hotel food is below average.

The room provided was very congested. Restaurant service was very bad and mostly unavailable. The taste of the food was not good

Lot of issues To name few 1. Very loud AC noise. Very slow cooling. Worst condition of AC 2. Very poor understanding of customer needs 3. Customers need to remind to clean else no room cleaning service. Default = No cleaning 4. Even additional towel request will be denied. 5. No light in the common walking area. Pitch dark in morning and night You need ask everything multiple times

The hotel was not properly maintained. The staff were not prepared to handle load of the guests. Room service was not provided properly. The food was good but took extremely long to be served and some items orders were not taken by the staff. The extra beds were not provided on time and staff did not have proper idea. After complaining repeatedly the amenities were given. The stay was inconvenient though the staff members tried their best to rectify the problem. The property manager should improve the state of the hotel

Nice hotel with proper maintenance. Located close to the local market. Good foods served in the restaurant. Polite behaviour of each and every hotel staff. Both check-in & check-out process found prompt and satisfactory. Enjoyed my stay.

Was a memorable stay. Good rooms and amenities, located very near to bus stand and great service. However, the rooms are small for the price and the food provided in the restaurant is average.
