Mike the desk attendant was excellent and was able to work out with me despite not knowing the deposit which it was not mentioned on **********; he’s overall a great desk attendant and with him I will stay here again.

Very clean. Barebones overnight hotel. Comfortable bed but the towels are threadbare and the pillows worn out flat. Overall a comfortable stay but no frills.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. I wanted to with cash, which they don't accept AND at check in the lady charged the credit card on file instead of asking first. They also charge a $60 fee you have to wait up to 10 days to get back. The shower didn't have a little shelf to put soap and shampoo on, and the hot water runs out super fast. Also the toilet seat was broken and there were nuts and bolts in the bathroom, like they were going to fix it, but forgot. There was a motion sensor light in the bathroom, which was annoying. They could save money and put in a little shelf in the shower instead. The walls are super thin and you can here the neighbors To get ice you have to put on your coat and go outside AND then be buzzed into the office. Also the ice bucket is super small, you would think they would at least give bigger ones. The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it's loud and the remote control doesn't work on purpose, unless the are in an EXACT spot in the room, which was EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Overall, I would never go back. You can spend a little more money per night in a nicer hotel with breakfast, because they have none.

My key card to the room only worked the first time I used it. I had to reset it three times while I was there. The night desk person was not helpful, and moved very slow while I tried to get my card fixed. Wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom window was broken open. There were no shelves for shampoo or soap in the shower, so I had to keep everything on the floor. The toilet was against the wall, so it was uncomfortable to use. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear people in other rooms. I was lucky to find parking because there was not enough parking for every room. When I asked to have my key card fixed at 2:30 AM when I couldn't get in, the desk guy tried to check me out early. The toilet handle was broken, and there was no plunger available.

Registration clerk was surly when it was an hour to official check-in. Room was nice enough except for broken clock radio and table lamp. Stairs were steep and had short tread making them scary to go up & down.

We got in our room and there was poop still in the toilet hair in the sink, dirty marks on the sheets! I want a refund please and thank you!

This a horrible place they harassed us and took my deposit for no reason when I had no where to go get told they have no more rooms when I reserved the day before I barely make reviews but they were the worst place I went all 2023

The staff there was terrible. No answers. No information. No nothing. The people who work here have nasty attitudes.

They were never at the front desk, I checked out and they haven’t send my deposit back. Room was okay but just the quality of the service was really low. Also check their phone number before booking, they never answer, called more than 60 times for my deposit refund.
