It's a fabulous hotel, excellent service and location

The location was good and the price was good. It was clean overall, but the shower curtain in the bathroom smelled a bit

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend and it was a good experience as it was close to downtown and close to several convenient areas.

Room cleanliness could be better. Service was ok but I believe should also be more responsive.

Very slow check in process at 6-7PM! No bath gel in the room! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are staying in Chicago!

Clean room with comfortable beds. Very busy location . The only negative is the cost of parking is ridiculous at $62/night.

Perfect location, very spacious room and great view. Services were impressive as well.

The hotel is located in the city centre, walking distance to most attractions 👍🏻👍🏻 Staffs are nice and helpful. Overall it’s very good for the value, recommended!

Good location and pretty busy to access but The air con is broken down

Good location for my business trip and will rebook the same hotel if back to Chicago.

Overall: We had a great time staying in this hotel. Would recommend to all family & friends (+) Location: Good. Walking distance between 10-15mins to Michigan Ave, Riverwalk, & places of interest. A supermarket next door & Whole Food Market around the corner. Took 10 mins cab ride from Union train Station to the hotel. Staff: Friendly, polite, helpful staffs. Room Amenities: clean, comfy beds, complete with toiletries, coffee maker, fridge, iron, hairdryer. (-) No microwave & no drinking water bottle provided. Unless there’s water dispenser provide at corridor which were unaware. Was looking for signage.
