Awesome capsule hotel. The front desk was very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is fantastic, my neighbours happen to be very quiet and as this hotel doesn’t pack a lot of capsules in one room, the probability of noise occurring reduces when you rest. Only thing I may not like as much is the shower room cubicle is very small and narrow. Although it seems they are trying to maximize the space and it will help to reduce the queue from forming since there are more cubicles available. Also the shower gel dispenser is rusty. Good idea to let guests place their shoes in the shoe box at the shower room as well so it doesn’t stink up the capsule rooms. Have to comment that the bed or mattress is thicker than all other capsule hotels I have stayed in. Slept very well and no back pain. Other capsule hotels tend to use thinner mattress and it’s bad for the back after a couple days of sleep, that is if you are sensitive to mattress type.

Stayed there for 5 nights. Toilets are super clean what you see in their advert pictures are what you get-the male cleaner cleans down the toilets at 7am daily and towels changed every 3 days. The female desk service would come into the room every afternoon to spray disinfectant. The bed, duvet and 2 pillows are super comfy. The ladder to an upper bunk is a bit harsh on the feet (tested on empty bunk). The aircon in the room is sufficient and they have a little fan ventilating your bunk after curtains are drawn. They provide ear plugs, hotel slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. There is multi purpose shampoo bodywash in each shower cubicles and 2 hairdryers. It is really quiet and I didn't have to use the ear plugs. If you bring your water bottle down, they have water dispenser with 3 temperatures. Or just use their paper cups. They are prompt in their service/feedback response. The location is really close to Haji Lane, Bugis etc. There is a bus stop a short walk away where it leads to other parts of Singapore. Covered shoes are to be stored in separate lockers. Above are the pros; lets move on to the cons. Cleanliness guaranteed ONLY if you are lucky enough not to encounter the really filthy guests (like I encountered on my last 2 nights.) They have a scent dispenser in the room which auto dispenses every aroudn 30 mins. The smell is sharp and sweet and I feel this is required only evey once an hour. Otherwise it feels a bit too much. Due to space constraint, it can be a tad hard to bring a lot of luggage down, especially if you store them under the bed where a part of the ladder is blocking. If you are a backpacker, this will not be an issue for you. Their curtains cannot be fully drawn for my particular bunk, so I had to get creative and tweak the curtain hanging so it covers my head more instead of my feet. Conclusion: The pros surpass the cons so much so, that if I need a staycation again, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel is located near to the Iconic Sultan mosque. The Arab foot street is nearby and the access to the subway (Nicoll Highway) is convenient. It’s not so far from the city center, Marina Bay, and other scenic spots. The access to food is abundant, with Arabic street just besides. Additionally, the overall vibe beside the hotel is chill, with restaurants opened till late night.

Stay here! It's honestly the best hostel I've stayed in all my travels over 40 countries. Everything is just so well put together from the aesthetic, the cleanliness, the quietness and the helpfulness of the staff. It's worth every penny! So many good food options and bars around the hostel too. Internet works great and the bed is really comfortable and massive. They give you some goodies in your drawers (ear plugs, toothbrush etc) and towels/beddings are changed every 3 days. Lots of work spaces and just nice corners to chill. The guests are all quiet and respectful which is sooo appreciated. The staff (Siriah? So sorry I probably said it wrong) she's an absolute angel and very friendly and kind to me. Will definitely back here everytime I visit Singapore. Thank you!!

Stayed here for 3 nights, here’s my experience: Upon checking in, receptionist was friendly and well explained on every detail of the room with the rules and regulations. First time entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell. Luckily the hotel provided an air purifier in every room, so when the time I come back after my long travel at night, it will probably gone. I got randomly assigned to the upper deck, so it’s actually depends on your luck (I have to climb up and down for my whole stay 😅). You can also keep your luggage or backpack at the front desk with a tag provided for redeem when you return. The second night was quite awful cause I sleep with a roommate that snored and talked loudly, thumbs up for the earplugs that provided by the hotel 👍🏻 Bedsheet and towel replace service will be every third day of your stay. Public area are quite small to walk around but it’s enough space to sit and read or chilling. Water dispensers also provided to keep you stay hydrated 😄 Separate gender toilet and shower room is very hygiene as they clean it daily. List of Amenities In the room: 24 hour ON air conditioner & air purifier, air freshener. Inside the pod: Cloth hanger, 2 comfy pillow, thick blanket, wall socket, wall ventilation fan & light. Personal locker: Slippers, ear plugs, toothbrush and toothpaste. Public area: Charging stations, dining tables, chairs, sofa and water dispensers. Toilet: Shoes storage, hairdryer, tissue paper, shampoo and body wash. Improvement: There’s some dust at the overhead compartment in the pod, cleaning service should take note on that. I hope the hotel provides cotton buds as well. Overall is a quite pleasant staying experience with the helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Overall bed is comfy. Mattress is clean. Water dispenser was well functioned. 24/7 reception counter. Ear bud and slipper is provided. Cons: The shower area was a little bit too small. You can’t hang your clothes inside the bathroom because it would turn out wet.

I had a wonderful few days at the Dream Capsule Hotel. It’s in a really lovely area of Singapore. Budding with great shops and places to eat ( I recommend OverRice across the road from the hotel ) and it’s about a 10 Minute walk to the nearest MRT. The hostel was great. The nicest I’ve stayed in. Regular house keeping. It really looks like the pictures! And the staff were so kind and helpful. As a young female solo traveler I couldn’t recommend it more.

Good location with lots of restaurants and bar nearby, 5-10 minutes walk to Bugis Junction. Frontline executives are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Jiada for his generosity in sharing fresh oranges. I will always remember your kindness!

Convenient, clean, and affordable! Was a perfect stay for two nights!

Pros: 1. It was a nicely quiet place, I didn’t need to use earplugs at night, my sleep wasn’t disturbed by any noise, the daytime was also quiet. It felt like it was a law season or something (at the end of July), because I never saw any other guests and only once saw one of the shared bathrooms occupied. 2. The shared bathrooms were a delight, it felt like it’s your own personal bathroom, just located outside of your room. The design was beautiful, in every bathroom there was a toilet, a sink, a shower, 2 hangers and two trash cans. 3. There was drinking water cooler at the kitchen. 4. The staff was nice and helpful, landed me scissors when I asked. 5. I think the room was pretty clean, my socks didn’t get dirty, the room smelt nice, the sheets were white and there wasn’t any dust on the hanger. Cons: 1. The air con is seemingly not getting cleaned as it started smelling like piss when turned on 22 degree or higher. So I had to keep it on 21 degree and get cold when sitting at the table. Sleeping under the duvet though was ok with this temperature, it wasn’t cold. But please clean your a/cs! 2. Their toilet get water on the floor while flushing for some reason, not nice. This water could get on a person if they stand close enough. All in all, I think I would return to this hotel if I ever come to Singapore again. For me the pros outweighs the cons.

I really like this hostel. Despite the narrow pathway in the room and lack of coldness, the ridiculously high top bed. it still works out. It was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I even got to connect with 2 other people who were visiting. Location was not too far from MRT. Preferably nicoll highway mrt than Bugis. Less people. Have shade. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Would come back again

Excellent Service. My Muslim associates found the location close to the mosque. Convenient. And, close to several halal restaurants.
