La posizione è buona, la colazione è super scarsa, non include la colazione, perché non c'è la colazione a buffet, vai a prendere un pasto fisso designato, molto sgradevole. La reception deve aspettare molto tempo, la gestione è nella media e viene gettata nella casella Drop al momento del check-out e non so se c'è un margine di ritorno. Povero....

L'insonorizzazione è molto scarsa, la porta del bagno non può essere chiusa e ci sono macchie blu sulle lenzuola dall'inizio del check-in. La vasca da bagno è stata bloccata dal momento in cui ho effettuato il check-in. Ho dato una mancia per consentire al personale delle pulizie di trovare qualcuno che lo riparasse e non c'era movimento. Ho preso la mancia e la vasca da bagno non è stata riparata ed è stata rotta fino alla fine del viaggio. È stato molto scomodo prendere la strada davanti alla porta quando sono andato. La reception mi ha inviato tutti i tipi di e-mail con nomi sbagliati e non mi sono scusato per i nomi sbagliati. Comunque, è stato il peggior 4 stelle di sempre.

I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow . If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average

Great location in the city centre. Clean and spacious room with an amazing view (34th floor). Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the room only if part of the loyalty program.

It was very clean and great location. There is a parking garage right across. Hotel was right in the middle of downtown

Very inconvenient that I still have to get the complimentary water from the front desk. Also, the $25 extra fee per day which is offset by food/drinks credit forces me to buy food from the hotel.

Location is quite good, close to a lot of tourist places in Chicago. Elevator was okay. Got fridge, no kettle.

They did not have free wifi available. There was also no ethernet port where you could plug in your portable router. Other than that, I can’t complain anything.

Great location, friendly staff. The scent of fresh flowers makes you feel like your in a resort. Lobby has lots of seating, great place to meet up. Can’t beat the price on Mag Mile

Awesome hotel, awesome view to the magnificent mile, will recommend for sure, walking distance to all the fancy area of Chicago and the river walk. Would stay there for ever. My room was 37th floor, great accommodation, amenities and quality of the room.

The hotel is in a very good location. In an area with many restaurants. The room was clean.

There was absolutely no customer service here. Neva at the front desk was rude and acted like we were bothering her when we checked in. Someone at the hotel made a huge mistake and put a note in their system that we were checking out at 6:30am (which was probably meant for a different room), then at 9:00am on Sunday morning, the cleaning lady was pounding on our door asking if we were checking out. This caused a huge scene that involved the manager. They never once apologized for incorrectly making the note that we were checking out so early. They were rude beyond belief and treated us like crap. The safe was broken, the other costumers were loud in the hallways. This hotel come across more like a motel, as they have absolutely zero customer service. As we were checking out, the man in front of us was telling Neva about a problem he had with his room and Neva was giving him attitude and made no effort to help him solve the issue. This place is horrible!
