The Neighborhood Hotel - Little Italy Two Bedroom w Balcony

I stayed in one of the suite rooms and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel: The ease of checkin, the online responsiveness to questions / issues, and the awesome neighbourhood. My room was well furnished and well appointed. Normally, I don’t sleep well in hotels. At the Neighborhood Hotel I had three blissful sleeps. Loved that yoga mats are provided. Ordered myself a toothbrush stand for home to match the ones at this place!

I recently spent 2 weeks at this great little Hotel which close enough to downtown for business but far enough away for some peace and neighborbood vibe. The property is fairly new so the rooms are very fresh and comfortable with great central heating and cooling, comfy beds and lots of space and amenities. Fun areas like Pilsen, West Loop and even Wicker Park and River North are an easy car ride. The pink and blue lines (trains) are 10 and 15 minutes walk respectively. While there's no staff on hand but live chat, email and phone access are easy enough if needed and responsive. There's local bars and food options from restuarant to chain & take out - so pretty everything you need is near or nearby. There's a comprehensive property and local area guide and they even provide washing liquid for your clothers. Highly recommended.

Quiet, clean, safe, contemporary. Great location - approximately 2.5 miles from the Loop. Numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. We walked/took the L into the city each day, and it was safe to walk to nearby subway stations.

Excellent location and very well stocked with anything you could need to make yourself at home while away on vacation. Ran out of some supplies during our stay and they were delivered by housekeeping within 20 min once we notified the host. Very modern and spacious unit. Convenient code self access to both lobby and individual unit. Would stay again!

Our room was ready on time! It was clean and tidy. It was cozy and the decor was so welcoming and sweet! The bathroom was a pale pale pink which made me smile. The coffee was delicious, but what made it better was the small personalized neighborhood mugs. We loved the neighborhood it was in. “Little Italy” there were shops, restaurants and bars close to our room. We would love to come and stay again.

From the moment we made reservations, we were impressed with the staff, they were helpful (And I called several times with questions). The information provided verbally and email was thorough and informative regarding little Italy in Chicago, places to eat and places to go and see. Once we arrived at the neighborhood hotel, we felt we already knew the area from the information given beforehand, has a cozy neighborhood feel. Our suite was Sneads and big enough to entertain the rest of our family. Again, I was impressed with the staff, they were a phone call away and met all of our request promptly. If we happen to neighborhood hotel, we will definitely book it. We highly recommend the Neighborhood hotel .

We really enjoyed our stay at the neighborhood hotel in Little Italy. Rooms had great amenities and the building is kept very clean. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Extremely clean, wont let you hanging if you have a question, very nice apartment fully furnished. I wish they had more of these lodging across the US. The idea is about the same as an airbnb difference is they wont cancel on you at the last minute...
