Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel, degno del suo status di boutique. Il personale è molto accogliente e attento. Per qualsiasi esigenza o domanda, erano lieti di aiutarci. Abbiamo persino ricevuto un regalo di benvenuto e un altro speciale, dato che si avvicinava una vacanza 😊 L'hotel è un po' fuori dal centro, ma quindi molto spazioso e splendidamente decorato con la natura e il verde. I servizi sono ben tenuti e puliti. Anche la colazione era molto buona! Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare uno dei loro scooter per spostarsi, se vi sentite un po' avventurosi. Ci sono così tanti posti da esplorare. Altrimenti, anche il grab è facile. P.S.: date un'occhiata al festival dei fiori a Chiang Mai. Non ve ne pentirete di sicuro, è stato un momento clou!

Beautiful small hotel, good service, beautiful greenery. Breakfast was repetitive, but decent. Mostly targeting Chinese guests, breakfast can get noisy. Really nice people working there, very supportive and ready to help. Relaxing place to stay, would recommend.

I and my wife stayed at Sannot Riverside Boutique Hotel in Jan 2025 for 23 nights. All of hotel staffs were very friendly and most of them could speak fluent Chinese, some also spoke English. A complimentary breakfast was provided daily with slight variations. The hotel is not located in the city center but by the riverside, surrounded by trees, offering fresh air and minimal airplane noise. There was a massage shop just in front of the hotel, which we frequently visited after making reservations. Additionally, a nearby seafood restaurant along the river served excellent meals & drinks, and we also enjoyed delightful dinners at the restaurant of Cross Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel which is just next door. To get to the city, we could conveniently book a Bolt ride for under 100 Baht. Mr. Zhang, the boss of hotel, mentioned that our 23-night stay is the longest new record among the guests had stayed at this hotel. One evening, he invited us to a wonderful dinner and served us excellent foods, drinks as well as nice Chinese tea. Since we stayed in January, the temperature dropped at night exceptionally, making the room slightly chilly. Upon mentioning this, Mr. Zhang went out went out immediately to purchase two small heaters, which are not commonly found in Thailand, and then installed them in our room. One minor improvement would be increasing the water pressure in the shower. However, daily room cleaning, garden maintenance excellently, and pest control were well taken care of, keeping the surroundings pleasant. If given the chance, we would love to return. Thank you for the warm and kind hospitality during our stay.

The food was delicious and tasty, the hotel was clean and they had a small swimming pool. The staffs were very helpful and polite. It is very easy to communicate with them by using WhatsApp. The hotel will help us book some attractions and places to go. I would recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped into this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai, I knew I was in for a special experience. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style, with plush bedding, elegant decor, and all the modern amenities one could wish for. The hotel's location is not 100% ideal, but offering a peaceful retreat. For those like me who are tired of the chaos in the heart of Chiang Mai but don't want to stay too far away. Believe it or not, this is the right choice. I found it incredibly relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the traditional boats glide by. In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai. In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Chiang Mai in a serene, luxurious setting. Highly recommended! Get a motorbike, they are a large yard to park!

屬於度假型酒店，位於萍河邊環境優美非常安靜，很適合想要度假好好放鬆的人。 店員和老闆都非常熱情友善，有什麼問題他們會積極迴應。 房間寬敞設施齊全有迷你吧吹風機是米家的非常好用。 早餐每天都有不同的菜單，還有白粥茶葉蛋咖啡牛奶等無限供應。 期待再次入住。

第一次來清邁，一行四人租了兩間房，酒店距離市區都是十分鐘內車程，算是方便，酒店內職員熱情有禮，老闆是台灣人，員工都有一兩個可用普通話溝通，房間頗大，設施都算完善，房間雪櫃飲料及零食都是免費的，環境清靜，房內有個小陽台可吸堙，訂房時都包埋早餐，有三款選擇，我選擇三文治及茶葉蛋都好好食，因第一日參加了Local Tour 要一早起床，早餐時間是7點半開始，他們都特別安排6點半預備早餐給我們，非常細心，今次旅程都非常滿意👍

入住三天。酒店環境很好，河邊的小院子，非常安靜且房間面積很大。交通也方便。打車到古城，大學，寧曼路100豬以內都能到。 早餐有西式和中式可選。都是工作人員現做給的，想吃什麼都可以加 。 工作人員很親切，像是在招呼遠方來的朋友。老闆是華人，前台的小哥哥在中國讀過書，所以普通話説和國人一樣，他每天還會幫我們安排出行路線，非常貼心。入住第二天遇到從上海回清邁的老闆。給我們推薦了景點和美食。晚上老闆還送了甜品（感覺這兩份甜品的價格在飯店吃的話，比一天的房費還高）,再次感謝老闆。 總之我願意把它推薦給身邊每一個去清邁的朋友。

這家酒店是我環遊數國後體驗感最佳、最舒適、最美妙，性價比也是最高的地方，整座酒店都包裹在花草樹木和泳池中，客房裝修風格獨特，清靜、温馨、舒適，早餐也非常豐盛，服務人員年輕漂亮，熱情知禮，特別是能用熟練的漢語溝通，幫助解決了許多攻略，遺憾的是衹住了三天，也是下次來清邁的首選，非常值得推薦給大家。

很不錯的花園度假酒店，雖然不大但佈景很精緻，房間很大，早餐也很好，對中國人口味。更主要的是老闆是台灣人，服務生大多會中文，這點很便利！唯一缺點是房間隔音不太好，遇到隔壁夜歸不自覺客人，會覺得吵鬧，還有就是房間裝修風格比較簡陋原始。

這是我這麼多年居住的酒店中最滿意的一次，這邊的員工非常友善，處理問題非常及時，這裏的老闆也是人非常非常非常nice，會盡量處理我們棘手的問題，在我們離開的時候老闆還來送一下，讓我們非常感動，下次帶家人來避寒一定會再次預訂這家。

感謝這裏的一切。生日驚喜，床墊舒服，枕頭舒服，早餐不錯，服務熱情，會中文。總之就是一家很精美用心經營的酒店。本來擔心房間靠近前台會吵，結果一點沒影響睡眠，睡覺時候都很安靜，可能本身房間也不是太多，大家晚上睡覺時候都能保持安靜。附近有小吃攤,餐廳和按摩店，打車去古城不遠，叫grab叫車方便，屬於鬧中取靜。對了，去查普林大象營，也就是薩田大象營，很近，師傅是最後接我們，上車後感覺不到半小時就到了。
