設施：很新。連通家庭房，平時是兩個單間，在需要時合成一個兩室一小廳的家庭房，所以有兩個衞生間，很方便。 衞生：乾淨 環境：離卑爾根魚市，熱狗攤，非常近，不行幾分鐘 服務：很好 千萬要記得酒店的外觀，我們第一天拉着行李找酒店時，路過酒店好幾次都以為這是家日餐館，因為門口的酒店招牌太小了。而且一個月前訂酒店時，可能酒店裝修，攜程上並沒有酒店的外觀照片。 早餐豐富的。

日式理念經營的酒店，小而美，可惜訂得晚衹訂到了一晚。在北歐能吃到好吃的米飯也是很大的驚喜。感覺品質和周邊很多旅店還是能拉開差距的。

飯店櫃檯告訴我們，目前整修後營業執照未拿到， 我們被轉至另一家新裝修後的證卷交易所歷史飯店， 飯店房間很棒很新，早餐非常高級優雅豐盛！服務到位、注意禮貌細節。

面積小且設施簡單，早餐8點開始。

This is not a 5 star hotel. There is still much to be desired. The beds are hard and this is not ideal for anyone who is a side sleeper. The staff is friendly. The main issue I had is that for breakfast we were the only ones called out and asked about our room number. It was insulting considering that this was our second breakfast and that none of the other 20 guests during the time we were there were asked . This can only lead to some prejudice that we couldn’t afford to stay there. We won’t be returning as we have enjoyed staying at other hotels in the area for less. Our first night was almost 370 NOK and did not live up to our expectations at all. The rooms are small, the ceiling appears to be unfinished, one trash bin in the room located in the bathroom, and you hear everything which also contributed to poor sleep.

A serious step-up is required if this hotel is to continue claiming to be 5 stars and charge its current rates. First and foremost; the hotel is not 5 stars. Interior wise it’s 4 stars, but service is average 3 stars tops. Price however is tier 1 in Bergen, and you will find far better alternatives for same cost. Room is very small and bathroom is smaller. Beds are comfortable and the biggest positive surprise. Cleaning is however poor and they didn’t clean our room and being fresh towels between night 1 and night 2. When we called and reminded them at the evening day 2, they promised to fix but nothing happened. I had to personally go down to the reception and ask for towels and bring them back myself. Breakfast is decent, but selection standard 3 star. Refilling food is slow and cleaning tables non-existing. And if you need something from the receptionist, prepare to be patient. Often they are not there, and when they are it takes time. So all in all; we are Likely not coming back. Breaks

Staid here for a couple of nights while in Bergen. It is a centrally located hotel on a quiet street, completely new. Service at the check-in and check-out was great, fast, efiicient and very helpful. The rooms are big, cozy, very clean and useful with great beds and an excellent bathroom. I liked it a lot. Breakfast was good, with solid choice and some great salmon, but it gets too crowded due to the size that feels to small compared to the number of rooms. The lobby itself and the whole area is quite nice and modern. All together, very good but not great and definitely not sutr why it is a five star hotel, feels like a four star one.

Brand new hotel. We had a very nice room. Modern, spacious interior with a lot of wood - I liked the atmosphere this creates. Very central but different feel from the typical business/city hotel. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. At this time no fitness or spa (yet).
