Unfortunately I'm not able to review this property. For the last 2wks I've tried to rebook and modify my booking due to sickness with no success,chatbot and eventually apparently a half hr window to change my booking by a link and to pay more ( I didn't object to this as holiday season beginning), I'm a nurse working nights so was unfortunately sleeping so missed the email and the slot dissapeared. Tried to no avail to get a further response so room was left empty and I lost the money and wasn't unable to rebook. I won’t be using or recommending that property due to my experience, very disappointed in Trip com, 1st issue I've had, they need to simplify this process.

It was good overall. Very clean and all the necessities were there.

Don't book this apartment! No person you can contact if you over the check in time! You'll no place to go. They won't refund the money! They will say that it is the problem of the agent , and they are very irresponsible! The room also very small!

A great base for a weekend in Chester. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The 2 bed apartment for 4 people was plenty big enough for our group.

the service apartment is clean. It is close to the city centre. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is nice. I am sure that I will book this hotel again and highly recommend to my friends.

Too noisy with the bar under the room.

Buena localización cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Las puertas no hay manera de mantenerlas abiertas. Pero en general muy bien
