Great Hotel, with lovely rooms ( I tad dated for some tastes). Service was first class, with a lovely meal in the brasserie eaten. Breakfast is high standard with good old table service, the brasserie is a lovely room for meals. Wife had a massage in the spa, which was one of the best she had had!
Car park near Hotel, cases taken to room, staff very friendly and more than happy to help.
Location right in the middle of Chester for close access to shops, Bars and restaurants
Only Negative, Breakfast could have been hotter. And added service charges to bill automatically.
Drinks are very expensive, but to be expected for a 5 start Hotel

社區賓館沒電梯，行李自己扛上去
然後發現房間小到沒法展開箱子拿東西
早餐是典型供給制英倫早餐，能湊合吃飽，還行
不能接受的是退房後沒地方給放行李，還説不負責行李安全，沒人給看行李，確實意外
最後老奶奶建議帶着箱子車站找個櫃子花幾塊錢存起來，實際結果是Chester車站沒有這項服務，暈！
實際車站這邊右轉3分鐘路程有其它兩個賓館，比如Lloyd Hotel會好點，實際價格也是55~60鎊左右

The Premier Inn bed lived up to expectations as the best around for sleep quality. Breakfast was good. The hotel is well located for the railway station, there are several restaurants in the vicinity and it is an easy walk to the city centre.
A bottle of water in the room would be welcome

靠近切斯特的旅館，有開闊的免費停車場很方便，房間乾淨，床也很舒適，但飯店沒有電梯需要自己搬行李上樓，另外房間的馬桶沖水有時候水壓很弱。值得一提的是早餐非常好吃。

L'hotel è in una posizione molto vicina ai bar e ristoranti 👌 facile da trovare .La stanza era molto piccola e non aveva un asciugacapelli, abbiamo chiesto una a ricezione, hanno detto che potrebbero portarci asciugacapelli ma mai! L'isolamento nelle stanze è molto cattivo, potrebbe essere qui tutti da stanze accanto a noi .

UUtente ospiteLovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast.
This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points.
Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength.
A study/work table is also available .
Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around.
In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two.
This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby.
We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed.
In terms of things that could do with improvement:
Cleanliness
The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection.
The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus.
Service
Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way.
Facilities
The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side.
There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered.
Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

UUtente ospiteI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A building with a history, Victorian era. Staff were friendly and the paintings around the walls are beautiful.
The room was clean, large and the bed was just right, not too soft.
Great location, just across the station and convenient to walk to town and other sites of interest. I would stay there again.

All'arrivo, il parcheggio era eccellente, amichevole personale, in pochi minuti ci sedevamo vicino alla finestra, guardando il fiume fluente, essere divertiti dalla fauna mentre godeva una bevanda ben guadagnata dopo quasi tre ore di guida! La posizione era perfetta, colazione, piacere!Un trattamento di compleanno per la mia ragazza speciale che non poteva essere migliore, ci ritorneremo.

TT5732A decent and new-build hotel. At a convenient location, near a Waitrose, the town centre and Chester railway station. Recommended for those who would like to stay at Chester. The only problem is some of the light bulbs is broken. And I would like to say Chester is a great town with many historical buildings.

AAndrewIl check-in è stato molto facile e senza problemi con tre membri del personale che hanno controllato gli ospiti. Arriviamo ben prima del check-in alle 15:00, ma non c'era nessun check-in precoce nelle camere, quindi dovremmo tornare più tardi per controllare.
La camera è stata adatta con letti confortevoli e cuscini di qualità che garantiscono un buon riposo.
L'hotel è molto pulito e ben attrezzato, solo in basso è la posizione che non si trova a piedi dal centro della città, ma questo non è un interruttore di affari perché il parcheggio in questo hotel è molto più facile nelle periferie del centro della città.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel Oddfellows è stato facile da accedere, ma avrebbe aiutato a avere l'indirizzo esatto dell'appartamento in anticipo, così potremmo parcheggiare più facilmente.
L'appartamento 5 era in alto e molto spazioso. Il soggiorno/cucina/cina era ben strutturato e il tè e il caffè disponibile erano molto benvenuti. Camere e bagni erano grandi, confortevoli e puliti (ma potevano essere fatti con qualche gancio per asciugamani o cappotti). C'è anche una lavanderia. Decof è chicco e la posizione è grande - proprio dalle strade principali. Favoloso luogo per soggiornare.

Please can you look in to this for me as I don’t live in the UK, I live in China. My dad received the letter and doesn’t know how to deal with this as he is 89 years old and can’t use the automated service on telephones and struggles with hearing, and my mum can’t help as she doesn’t speak English well.
