The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable.

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

It is a great place to stay,we really enjoyed our stay and it is in a good position which makes it easy to get around with public transport or a car.It's reasonably priced and it's got all your basic needs and it has a swimming pool. The staff are very helpful. We recommend it.

Good value and location with friendly management. Clean and tidy. would recommend for anyone visiting the Prince Charles Hospital ＞Access is good even with the current roadworks and close by building going on !The access for takeaway food is excellent.

A lovely family owned business. Staff were friendly and obliging. Rooms were neat and tidy. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Great for our night stopover, convenient location close to airport and was $50 in a taxi to Chermside Motor Inn. We will stay here next time we visit Brisbane.

A modest, no frills motel that is great value for money and walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Chermside Westfield. The staff were very polite and friendly and were incredibly helpful. Kids loved swimming in the pool; we will definitely be back!

Conveniently located, as I had to be around the Chermisde area for several days. Cafes and restaurants, bars, clubs all nearby - even Aldi! Well equipped, the microwave was handy in the room. Plenty of channels, including Foxtel, on TV. Cups for tea & coffee (provided), but no other cutlery or crockety so bring your own may be advisable.

For the last two years we had organised a stay for a group of 14 Match Officials for a rugby tournament. Dealing with the Manager before and during our stay was of a very high order. He ensured all our rooms were in close proximity, checked in with me as organiser a week before to confirm things and greeted as all on arrival. He was also very flexible in allowing us access to the laundry after hours to wash smelly kit. I can thoroughly recommend his customer service and positive approach.

Great check in. So friendly. Family feel. Kids playing. Basic, clean room. Getting a bit old, with rust in the bathroom. Pool very dirty. Great overnight stay. Quiet even though on main road. Great location. Close to shops. Carpark is open air, off street. Tight to manoeuvre with a bigger car, with lots of bigger cars around. Aircon works well. Disabled room.

I went there for oatient travel, fir 2 days, psying in advandce for a 3 rd day out of my pocket, as a friend was comin to see me. On the second day,and i was admitted to hospital unexpectently. No refund at all on my 3rd day. 48 hrs notice apoarently. Which ofcourse, hospital admissions are unexpected sometimes. I paid in advance in good faith. I was a return customer too. They just lost alot more than the almost $200 that they wouldnt even consider returning half of. Its not peak season. Sooo... Bit greedy. Bye.. waiting on a heart transplant, so would have been ALOT more business. Gettn a bnb next time. Buyer beware.

The rooms clean &tidy .good comfy bed. Chinchin & Santos are very friendly & organised taxi for me. I would recommend this to any one wishing to stay in a central Spot close to hospitals. Very close to facilities like Aldi &other food & beverage shops. Price very competitive
