We enjoyed our stay! We got the room at 232. Prolly the only hotel so far that my mil feels comfortable as she is limited walking distance. Carpetted flooring. Shower room has like jaggered square lines to avoid slipping. Aircon is nice and cold even throughout the night. Hot water for the toilet is satisfactory as well. Do note the room does not have fridge and the scenery outside not really eye catching. I don't really mind, coz the room is already beyond satisfactory. Receptionist called the room to ask how is the room so far. Very good service. Breakfast buffet has alot of variety as well. All is delicious👍 Gave the staffs some small gifts to enjoy when i'm checking out. It's a waste to stay only 1 night. And we slept comfortably as well.

All good, the breakfast is good. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Carpet are so nice. Breakfast food really good but limited choice, anyway still worth every penny.

Nice hotel at nice location. Problem is that there was no dedicated parking. Staff very friendly. Will come back

Everything was ok. But I was a little bit disappointed because the room I got had no fridge. During my visit on a public holiday, there was a packed situation at breakfast time. I need to wait until I get my table for a few minutes. It seems there was a lack of staff. The sauna and steam room also cannot be used.

Near to town, nice and specious room with nice food around town

Excellent for the family room . But for the breakfast is nothing special. Menu are nasi lemak, porridge, noodle soup, bread, cereal, eggs, pancake, Chinese fried rice, fried noodles, ayam rendang. Sosis, ham , baked macaroni, salad, Kueh Kueh, 2types of juice, tea. Coffee, plain water. Baked beans. Would comeback to stay again but booking room without breakfast.

Love their breakfast. Suggest the hotel prepare some perfume in the room to avoid the mold smell in the hotel. Otherwise good stay

The check in was smooth and the smell of the lobby was nice. Upon check in there wasnt any bell boy lol so we had to bring up our luggage ourselves but lucky it was a short stay so we only had 1 luggage. Breakfast spread was great to me sufficient and delicious. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. Only issue we had on our first day was there was a few times the electricity got trip but it was a 1-2 second trip then its back on again. The adult pool was abit murky and the kids pool had its light panel (refer to pic) not installed properly. Safety was compromised if kids were to use the pool. TV got no HDMI cable. Last but not least the make up room was not as i expected, it was still messy with slippers placed everywhere in the room. The used toothbrush was not thrown. Quite messy i would say but maybe we understand they dont want to touch our belongings as much as possible but still its was unexpected. But overall the stay was comfortable to sleep in. The area is near town so quite convenient for those driving. Monday and Tuesday parking is free. Downside no special parking for stayers except for those who book suite rooms. Make sure you pay your parking or else kena saman. Definitely would probably come again.

Pros: 1. Location near to tourist attractions (within walking distance) 2. Spacious room 3. All basic amenities available (toothbrush, comb, iron, kettle, drinking water, etc) 4. Housekeeping do chat via whatsapp for room cleaning (since we put do not disturb sign) 5. Breakfast is just fine for me, love their nasi lemak sambal. But not so much varities of food options. 6. Spacious bathroom equipped with bath tub, good water flow of the shower. Cons: 1. Too pricey for this type of hotel/room type, it should be below RM300 2. Outside view is just another building back (very unfortunate the back of the building is not looking good - may look scary at night) or you can get main road view but still not nice. This hotel only has 3 level. 3. Wallpaper was not placed nicely, still can wall in between (why can’t you do it properly?) 4. TV signal and sound was having problem on and off 5. No parking available unless you book for suite room. For parking you can download Melaka Smart Parking or purchase the parking coupon from hotel counter. Free parking only on Monday and Tuesday, be careful since weekend is also charged from 8am-5pm 6. This hotel use slippery type of bathroom tiles. A bit weird, dangerous and maybe to cut cost since the tiles was the same for wall. So, be careful whenever you use the bathroom. 7. Swimming is just so-so, i’m expecting it can be better since this hotel rated as 4 star hotel.

Strategic location if want to holiday in melaka.near with many attractions area with walking distance

Spacious room and beautiful interior design. Outside looks nothing (typical shop lot building)but simply ‘wow’ when you are inside the building.

Love this hotel. From the location, walking distance to popular place, the room also clean and the hotel front liners is good & friendly... I will repeat it again to this hotel
