La stanza era in ordine. Per favore allenare il personale del desk front to per rispettare e trattare gli stranieri correttamente. Vi paghiamo anche con i nostri soldi guadagnati. Era così evidente che il tuo desk front mi mostrava il viso e non sapevo perché si comportavano in questo modo 🤷🤷 Nessuno sul desk front ha voluto aiutare con i miei toddler lavanderia e ha dichiarato che la collezione di lavanderia è fatta solo la mattina e ogni pezzo di Toddler è vestito Rs60🤷 Per l'***agement di questo hotel, i puliziari sono più rispettosi ai vostri ospiti rispetto a quelli che mettete sul desk front. Ho sentito i vostri puliziari meritano consigli da me rispetto ai dipendenti del desk front. Per coloro che vogliono considerare questo hotel, questa è la mia vera esperienza personale di soggiornare per una settimana in questo hotel

Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

I had a night stay at the hotel during my visit to India. I was referred to this hotel by a friend, and found it to bel the right choice. I found the room clean, and greeted by friendly staff, just fit the bill. I will stay at the hotel on my next visit to the city

Buona cosa sulla posizione se qualcuno ha bisogno di accedere alla stazione ferroviaria Chennai. L'hotel è pulito e mi sono aggiornato in una stanza più grande. La piscina è piccola ma molto pulita. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era la cena in uno dei loro ristoranti con il nome di qualche “Kebab” (nome esatto non si ricorda) . Il cibo per vegetariani era circa INR 2200 + ( ho ottenuto anche se 15% di sconto come ospite dell'hotel ) , ma il cibo era terribile per me , nonostante il fatto di fornire un feedback immediato, nessuno ha ancora capito il mio gusto e preferenze, ho anche dato scarse recensioni sul posto al restaurante ***ager ... Io darei 2/10 a quel particolare ristorante kebab ma diverso da quello darebbe 8.5/10 altre cose
