Extra ordinary Service Good Hotel Nice environment Staff are very respective Will prefer to book this Hotel of next visit to Chennai

Hotel looked very posh and had a nice smell. We received a welcome drink and a necklace while doing check-in. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was great and value for money. The only downside is that hotel is far from the airport. However, we still had a good stay.

Amazing service. That’s  is Taj is all about.  Breakfast selections limited for non vegetarian but acceptable.

Our stay was simply amazing! Loved the hotel especially due to exceptional customer service and fantastic eating experiences. The stay was simply perfect. Every staff member encountered were a delight and so helpful. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The breakfast was ok. The mattress was too soft, however the hotel staff did their best to provide a comfortable sleeping mattress.

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coromandel. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (Manager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (Manager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Doorman and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. Great location and stay

it is a nice hotel however the rooms are very small. there is not much to complain about the hotel. I had a pleasent stay.

疫情前幾年住過一次，這次住2晚行政層，感覺非常好！除了地理位置不像其它兩家Taj離商場近外，確實豪華舒適，名不虛傳。除了歡迎水果和巧克力，特別驚喜的是晚上提供的泡腳服務。以後再來都會選擇這家！
