Hotel con piscina a Chennai

Ho avuto la più meravigliosa esperienza a Taj Connemara, da un controllo in cui il mio ricevitore mi ha migliorato, a un incontro con Gracy Varghese, che mi ha notato la stanchezza e la stanchezza e mi ha mandato a fare il bagno. (Mi toccava così tanto che piangevo) fu inviata a Dio, e la mia cena era di ciliegia sul torto, all'albero di pioggia. Venky e Arpita mi hanno assicurato di provare un po' di tutto e non mi hanno mai fatto sentire come se fossi da solo a cena in un viaggio di lavoro, il capo Vinod ha cucinato deliziose delicazioni e il payasam era fuori dal mondo. Sono così felice di rimanere qui, innamorato di Chennai grazie al personale cortese di Taj Connemara. Vieni di nuovo e ritornerai con la famiglia. Molto consigliato! ♥️

I have stay in room no 535. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty ***ager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar ***ager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor ***ager Mr. V***n and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

This place was recommended by a friend who stays at Boat Club and I read reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and Aggregator sites.   We booked 2 rooms for 2N/3D stay at Crowne Plaza, Adyar, Chennai through an aggregator site. I called up the hotel to check on our reservation confirmation, but we were told that only one room is booked and they do not have second room confirmation. I called up the support team of aggregator and they confirmed it is 2 rooms and they called up the hotel and shared us an email confirmation. Later I called up the reservation desk and understood that 2 rooms are booked and it’s a confirmed reservation.   Our Check-in experience was good and the staff were courteous and quick.   We were allotted two rooms in old block at Floor number 14 (Room No 1403 and 1405). For a moment I recollected the online reviews I read and the pictures I saw about this hotel weren’t in the same. I thought I will revisit the reviews online and double check If I had made any mistakes in booking wrong hotel. I also called up my friend and told my experience isn’t great and the rooms are looking OLD and the plumbing systems inside the wash room and room telephony isn’t working well. I invited the hotel Duty ***ager (Mr.Josua) and showed him the plumbing system inside the wash room and asked him just because the I happened to book from an aggregator site and got attractive deals, we were given a poor looking rooms? Or is this a standard rooms that they offer for all type of bookings. (we discussed this after experiencing our stay in poor and old looking rooms for 1 night).  Mr.Josua said the rooms in this floors are due for renovation and they would allot us rooms from new block. I told I would like to see the room before we move in. Mr.Murali took us to the new rooms and I could match the room pictures as posted in review sites. I told Murali and Josua, it is outrageous that they allotted old rooms to gullible guests. We moved into new rooms in Floor 25 (in new block)   The breakfast was awesome and service host (I think his name is Jibin).

Abbiamo sempre goduto di soggiornare a Taj Coro***del. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con il loro servizio eccezionale. Le camere di gestione e di lusso sono estremamente confortevoli. Grazie in particolare: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) che sono andati sopra e oltre con il loro servizio eccezionale per curare tutte le nostre esigenze. L'intera squadra di butler (Bala, Saravanan e Napoli, che si sono assicurati di andare in più in sala. L'intera squadra Jiva Spa che ci ha assicurati che ci fosse un buon riposo e una rilassazione. L'intero ristorante e cucina del Southern Spice team che ci ha attirato con il loro meraviglioso cibo. L'intera squadra dell'ufficio di frontiera che ha fatto il nostro check-in e check-out senza saldatura. L'intera squadra Door*** e Concierge che ci ha aiutati con i nostri sacchi infiniti. L'intera squadra di custodia che ha fatto qualcosa di piccolo ogni giorno per sorridere sulle nostre facce quando siamo tornati in camera. L'intera squadra di cena in camera che ha ospitato i nostri ordini di cena e caffè tardi. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Formatori Santak e Shafira, che vorremmo cogliere l'occasione per desiderare loro tutto il meglio nel loro sforzo futuro e per raggiungere maggiori altezze in questo settore. Questo è un hotel pulito e attento, si può passare un bel tempo qui.La cena del ristorante e la colazione di buffet sono anche deliziosi. E'molto bello preparare mele di frutta invitante, due bottiglie di acqua di miniera, diversi sacchi di pomodoro e caffè rapido. Poi si può rilassarsi nella stanza.Come ho visto in altri commenti, si prega di notare che l'acqua di scarico della stanza non è certamente buona. Alla reception al di fuori della stanza, ha chiesto a Yinqing di andare all'aeroporto per un taxi molto costoso. Quando ho cercato di cambiare soldi, anche se il prezzo era piccolo, il contante era insufficiente.Mi ha dato i soldi nel mio tasca e ha detto che non avrei cambiato soldi per questo. Vivo in un hotel nel paese di colore 々, ma questa è la prima volta che ho ricevuto un tale ospite.Penso che avere dipendenti come lui sia la spada di questo hotel.

Il servizio è stato eccellente Le strutture erano buone. La cena era meravigliosa, soprattutto il colazione. Purtroppo la prenotazione che ho fatto attraverso Trip ,com non è stata rilasciata all'hotel. Quando sono entrato all'hotel non c'era alcuna prenotazione del mio record lì. Ho dovuto contattare un amico che conosceva il ***agger lì per risolvere il problema. Di conseguenza, devo aspettare 1.5 ore al lobby. E' una cattiva esperienza. In futuro, contatterò direttamente l'hotel piuttosto che passare attraverso un terzo.

Hotel molto moderno e silenzioso, bagno tutto tecnologico, simpatico ma se salta un fusibile come a noi non riesci nemmeno a tirare lo sciacquone ma comunque operai intervenuti subito. Camera super confortevole, colazione buona anche se ovviamente improntata sui cibi indiani. Cena buona, qualche problema come in tutta l'India con il loro inglese, noi per fortuna lo parliamo bene ma per avere una birra è stata una comica...comunque fa parte del folklore del viaggio in India..si sa..

Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

Il mio soggiorno era buono. La stanza era comoda. Tuttavia, il colazione non era così bello come i giorni precoci, il personale F&B deve essere più responsabile e essere fiero del loro lavoro. Il personale di custodia deve essere consapevole nell'esercizio dei loro compiti. La loro conversazione altissima perturba l'atmosfera accogliente dell'hotel. Il personale del Front Desk è gentile. Il personale del Concierge è sorprendente. In particolare, Sridhar & Leo sono dipendenti esemplare. GRT ha bisogno di più dipendenti come loro. Questi dipendenti’ atteggiamento lavorativo non ha mai cambiato da giorni pre covid. Spero che l’hotel ***agement riconoscerà Sridhar & Leo Johnson.
