Hotel Ibis a Chengdu

Nice hotel in the city center. It is centrally located near a shopping mall, but there are no restaurants in the shopping mall except for fast food types. The hotel room was clean, and had a nice city view. The room size was decent so it was comfortable. It had a table with seating for two in the room. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis hotel, though it was short but it was amazing, first the call from the front desk immediately I made my booking, secondly I was welcomed with warmth from the front office, super amazing staff, with a welcome pack, the ambiance of the hotel top notch, and the hospitality is amazing, the environment is quite and you get a free ride back to the airport. I will come again anytime I am in Chengdu. Thank you guys for the great hospitality.

Overall it’s ok staff willing help all times even they couldn’t speak English but we used translate app to close language gap 😂 breakfast good even many carbohydrates foods 😂 but acceptable Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

L'hotel è un edificio separato e pulito. Non c'è differenza di esperienza di vita causata dalla separazione di piani. L'ambiente è buono e non c'è rumore.Near Metro, due stazioni di metropolitana lontano dal punto di vista di una grande scala. La cosa più importante è che la parte destra dell'hotel è la zona di vita dei residenti locali. La colazione è piena e si cucina, che può facilmente sperimentare la vita dei vecchi Chengdu.

The reception were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Especially one girl who helped us in everyday she could. She helped us order food on a Chinese ap when my friend was sick and we didn't want to go out. Another person on reception helped us book tickets for the Panadas. The location was OK. Not alot of food options close by. Bed was comfortable. The room was a little small. Bathroom/ toilet, might be awkward when travelling as friends but it's possible to hang something for privacy. There is a washer and dryer and a robot that delivers your clothes and any food deliveries to your room.
