Non perdete tempo a pensarci, sperimentate il lusso assoluto e un servizio impeccabile, prenotate un soggiorno al Ritz di Chengdu. Il Ritz-Carlton Hotel è uno dei miei hotel preferiti. Durante questo viaggio a Chengdu, ho scelto il Ritz-Carlton Hotel in considerazione dei trasporti, dei ristoranti e del comfort. L'hotel ha una buona posizione, un arredamento elegante, un buon servizio, pulito e igienico e una colazione deliziosa e varia. Il gestore della lobby Xia ha fornito un servizio flessibile e soddisfacente. La prossima volta che verrò a Chengdu, continuerò a scegliere questo hotel e lo consiglierò ai miei amici. Stayed 3 nights from 8-9-2024 to 11-9-2024, executive floors include club lounge service, room no.3322. Service is good, the club lounge provides "all day" meal service which is great 😃👍🏻. Also thanks for your birthday cake which was really a surprise for us. One thing to remind you is that the pouring water system of your sauna is breaking, also the temperature is quite low. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Chengdu again.

As expected from Ritz property. Everything was perfect. The room nice and clean. Location not too near commercial area/tourist area. Recommended.

we had quiet and peaceful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu after a wonderful day at chengdu research base of giant panda breeding. the room was upgraded and given high floor, view of the city was splendid ... Breakfast was too large and diverse for local people, but no big choice for foreign food ... our stay was great and amazing. Thanks Team

This has been my second time at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and like the second time, it has been a wonderful stay. The staff is great, and I want to thank especially Crystal, who did extra effort to make this stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet has much to choose from and only high quality products are offered. The spa is great, with a gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool. And the rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful view. If I were to come to Chengdu again, I would want to stay at the Ritz Carlton again!

Not recommended. Location was okay but there was no view. Our room was facing a grey building, which was depressing. The room was very dirty with dust bunnies and poorly maintained. Housekeeping service could not match other five star hotels in the area. The restaurants are great though!!!

A typical grand Ritz Carlton hotel. Clean and luxury. Staffs are very helpful.

The hotel is amazing. Room is spacious. The staff is really nice and friendly and helpful. The location is great. Short walk to Kai Koo Li. I will definitely be back.

Ok for a short trip, location was alright, good breakfast, the room was not the cleanest and the AC in the living room smelled

The stay was amazing, hotel room was clean and tidy, well equipped with whatever is needed, location is not the nearest to subway stations but easily accessible by taxi.

Excellent service, spacious rooms, and central location in Chengdu. We hope to be back in the future.

Excellent service and attendant. Stayed in club suite has the privilege butler Mr Stanley to attend to all my needs and care when I was unwell during my stays. Was very impressed by hotel management engaging with such refined hospitality work staffs here. Once again want to thanks Mr Stanley, you are fantastic!
