I recommend others to stay in this hotel, I love the view and the room clean and friendly stuff and prompt reply and they suggested helpful information such as the nearest market and restaurants. Coming back again 😊.

AA enjoy my state at Flixes Suites At Platinum KLCC very friendly staff hopefully and cooperative the rooms are very clean with beautiful modern design I would highly recommend this units when you are in Kl or bukit bintang or Klcc especially in the seasons for his amazing prices.

入住時需找房東拿鎖匙，非常不便，房內地面很油很骯髒，非常失望！

Arrived and was contacted in reception via What’s app…. 3rd bedroom a cupboard with no windows or air con… Asked for 10% service charge plus other taxes which became half the total original cost!!! Smelt of mothballs and found them everywhere… not very clean, sheets etc not very white… no dishwasher lister or safety deposit box, requested one and mini one given not attached to anything ?? Lovely pool but completely packed all the time so no sun beds ; Such a shame as really good location, so disappointed and ended up being very expensive

飯店的位置算不錯,在2個捷運站的中間,頂樓51樓的泳池很大,可以看到雙子星塔及吉隆坡塔,室內裝潢還不錯值得下次再拜訪.

Late availability to enter the room, no hot water, no cleaning equipment, lack of plates, knifes etc. total chaos during check in. Really good potential, but a lot of stuff that did not reach our expectations.

環境衞生都很好，就是洗衣機內部太臟，估計是清理不到位或者很少有人用。管家收去服務費可以理解，但是回覆信息太慢，

服務態度很好

The house very spacious even i took one bedroom only. Suitable for families who had kids because they can leisure around in that house freely. The concept was modern and new. Reasonable prices. There’s so many people from other country staying there. Cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, wash and dry washing machine also being prepared. The air conditioner provided was extremely cool. There were three in the house. It’s one of our precious moment staying there. Hopefully we can repeat it again next time due to hotel’s price quit high. Owh they will ask RM200 as a deposit. No need to worry its refundable. Just need to be prepare. Sorry, i took videos. Not have much photos.

其他都很好的，就是找不到拖鞋，到了大廳，打攜程裏面房東電話，一會帥哥就下來check in 了，必須説英語哦，如果英語不好，就把check in 這兩個單詞記住，51樓的游泳池不錯

Bok lain dapat lain,alasan bilik yg kita tempah ada kebocoran syling dkt tandas,dia suruh kita cancel last minit,tp dia tk nk cancel,trip cancel kita tk dpt pulangan duit,lepastu dia tukar bilik dkt eaton residence yg jauh dr bilik yg kita bok,menyusahkan,membuang masa utk sy yg ada buat busines di area face platinum😏
