Changwon-si: hotel con bar

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

Non era spazioso dalla prima entrata dell'hotel, ma si sentiva bella e elegante, e la camera dell'hotel era bella e confortevole perché era nuovamente decorata. Il bagno ha anche spazio per gli adulti per fare una doccia nel bagno, e il bagno è separato e bello.In generale, dà l'impressione che sia pulito. Tuttavia, è un peccato che l'acqua sia raccolta sul pavimento quando si fa una doccia, perché il drainaggio del pavimento del bagno non è buono. Al prezzo compreso il colazione per due, mio marito ha scelto un sandwich e ha un delizioso succo di caffè e di succo mattinale, e è stato bello avere un angolo semplice di snack.
