Cerca hotel a Changwon-si in Corea del Sud

The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

Thank you for the excellent experience during my stay in international hotel, it was accessible many restaurants , convenience stores, coffee shoes and more. It was memorable thank you so much and I hope to stay there again in my future travels.

깨끗하고 좋았어요. 일부러 욕조 있는 곳으로 골랐는데 그래서인지 샤워부스는 작았지만 화장실과 딸린 욕조가 넓고 커서 좋았어요. 다만 TV가 일정시간 조작하지 않으면 자동으로 꺼지는 기능이 있는데, 뭔 짓을 해도 조작한 걸로 인정이 안되어서 같이 간 일행과 중간에 진땀을 뺌. 관련해서 설명서나 어떤 사전 안내가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Era una stanza di vista sull'oceano. Non era completamente davanti al mare, ma ero soddisfatto della vista sul mare. E'stato molto tempo da quando il colazione era servito a Hansang, non a stile buffet, ma era molto delizioso.

Shang è un po'insoddisfatto: abbiamo sei persone che soggiornano sei giorni in totale. Tre giorni prima di andare via dall'hotel per cambiare il viaggio, ci sono voluti molte comunicazioni, abbiamo trovato Trip.com, il Dipartimento di amministrazione delle fabbriche della Corea del Sud, il manager del palestra, la ricetta non ha funzionato. L'hotel ha detto che deve accettare Trip.com, ma Trip.com ha accettato di non coprire alcuna tassa di servizio, e infine l'hotel non ha ancora accettato la richiesta di ritiro.

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

Ci sono molte cose da godere, come ristoranti, bar, negozi di comodità, campeggi da golf sullo schermo e una passeggiata dal centro, quindi è relativamente tranquillo e confortevole. Le strutture interne sono pulite e pulite, e le camere sono spaziose, quindi è molto comodo e economico. Se è Sangnam-dong, è consigliato. Penso che troverò qui solo ogni volta che vengo a Sangnam-dong.

This is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

Le camere sono pulite, il prezzo è buono e senza difficoltà check-in/check-out. Perfetto hotel per soggiorni di breve durata a Changwon.
