Hotel vicini a P-Plus Tindahan a Cebu

The staff was really frindly and courteous. The location was really convenient. However, our room was infested by cockroaches, and we had to request a new room. They really need to ramp up the cleanliness and do something about the cockroaches. They also need to improve maintenance because the shower had problems with water leaking onto the floor also.

Un’esperienza difficile da descrivere. . . 1. Il banco del check-in non diceva affatto che per andare in spiaggia dovevo chiedere un cartello alla reception, alla fine mi sono recato a piedi fino alla cosiddetta spiaggia privata dell'hotel (a quasi un chilometro dal hotel), e la persona di turno mi ha detto che avevo bisogno di un cartello! Ho camminato 3 chilometri avanti e indietro per andare in spiaggia! ! ! Perché nessuno ha comunicato in anticipo informazioni così importanti? 2. Sì è una spiaggia privata, i servizi sono ok, ma è in costruzione, ci sono più lavoratori che turisti e tutti hanno tirato il nastro giallo, è impossibile fare una foto, l'ambiente non è una vacanza stato affatto. 3. Originariamente era una camera con vista sul mare, ma il vetro era sporco e sembrava che fuori piovesse. . . Questa è la prima volta che incontro un hotel con vetri così sporchi. Anche la vista del mare era a 2 o 3 chilometri di distanza, ma tutto quello che potevo vedere era la rovina davanti a me. . . Al piano di sotto ci sono tutti i bungalow, un disastro, ehi. 4. C’è una piscina, è così piccola che mi vergogno troppo per entrarci. I bambini urlavano e giocavano nell'acqua e potevamo sentirli chiaramente all'ottavo piano. 5. Nella stanza, quando il condizionatore è acceso, sembra di entrare nella cabina di un aereo e il rumore è fortissimo. E deve essere regolato a 16 gradi per ottenere un po' di brezza fresca. Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna. Quando ho visto alcuni commenti su questo problema, ho pensato che non fosse un grosso problema. Oh mio Dio, è stata un'esperienza davvero dolorosa. Era anche estremamente umido, quindi ho dovuto asciugare il letto con un asciugacapelli prima di potermi sdraiare. 6. La reception non sapeva quali domande porre e non aveva nemmeno una mappa locale o un'introduzione alle attrazioni. Alla fine un addetto alla reception ci ha dato un'idea dicendo che sarebbe più conveniente noleggiare un'auto, che l'autista fornito dall'hotel è più affidabile e che in 5-6 ore possiamo visitare più di 10 di Le attrazioni più famose di Cebu. Dopo aver finito di giocare, sono quasi scoppiato in lacrime di gratitudine. Di conseguenza, siamo stati portati in giro per 6 ore e abbiamo visitato 2 attrazioni. Il resto del tempo è stato trascorso negli ingorghi. Abbiamo speso 5100p (quasi 700 RMB) su due attrazioni? ? ? Non è uno scherzo internazionale? Questo è il nostro quarto mese di viaggio e siamo stati in 5 o 6 paesi. Questa è la peggiore esperienza di alloggio che abbiamo mai avuto, principalmente a causa dei problemi di prezzo/prestazioni, e ci sono grossi problemi. Spero che non cadano tutti nella trappola.

First off, I’ll start by saying rather pay a little extra and stay at the Belmont Hotel next door, which I’ll explain below. I stayed at the Belmont Hotel for 2 nights and 5 nights at Savoy Hotel. Had I had the choice of being able to refund at the Savoy, I would have done so. Let me start with the positives. The cleaning staff and staff alike at Savoy are absolutely fantastic - so kind, so respectful and friendly. The attitude of the staff should be commended! The service of the room was good. The front desk staff, some of them, may just let you stand and wait aimlessly. I initially booked the Superior Deluxe Room. I arrived at 12pm and check-in was at 3pm. I eventually got to my room and it was tiny. Plus there’s an adjoining door to the room next door where you can hear everything. I then noticed several dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I then went downstairs and changed rooms and paid for an upgrade for the Deluxe Premier Room which was bigger and no adjoining room. Note that at the Belmont the room was not an adjoining room and had good sound insulation. Upon entry to my now upgraded room, there were several live cockroaches in the bathroom and then some baby ones on the wall behind the sofa and on the bed! I immediately changed rooms again! This time the second room was better. It was a corner room with a view of the ocean at one side and the swimming pool at the other. Every day, the staff serviced the rooms really well, I must commend Savoy for this. However, Savoy really needs to purchase new bathroom towels which are yellowed, broken and tattered. The room is good at blocking out noise from outside, and the bed was relatively comfortable. You can’t, however, order breakfast from the restaurant unless you purchase the buffet. Makes no sense as you should give your guests a choice if they want the buffet or order breakfast from the hotels breakfast menu. Overall, the highlight of my stay was the incredible and friendly staff (servicing staff and security) who always, numerous times a day, greeted us warmly with a big smile. Pros: - Bene. -Grande posto, si trova sull'autostrada accanto all'7/11 e si trova tra la mia chiesa e il circolo di Fuente che mi piace di più. Solo pochi metri dalla mia chiesa e pochi passi da Robinson. - Pecchio (ho prenotato un letto singolo, perciò penso che le camere singole siano simili) ma pulito e letto molto confortevole. - tassi a prezzi accessibili -Has WiFi. -Acomodando il personale, sono sempre sorridenti. 🙃 Coni: - La doccia calda non funziona. - È troppo rumoroso la notte, dal momento che la mia stanza era di fronte alla strada principale, i ragazzi risano e gridano fino alle 3:00. Se vuoi una stanza tranquilla, scegli l’altra parte.

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

Ho prenotato un soggiorno lo stesso giorno, perché voglio una breve fuga da casa. Ho cercato un soggiorno breve a buon bilancio e mi sono sorpreso di finire in questo accogliente posto. Il ricevitore ha fatto una visita di intrattenimento e ha accolto con piacere.Ho prenotato una camera condivisa di 4 letti e mi sembrava bene, anche se lo spazio era un po' difficile, ma le strutture erano complete e fornite. Con la somma, mi sorprendeva che ci fosse un colazione, questo posto era davvero un grande trovato.

Una decisione impulsiva del giorno ci ha portato a prenotare una camera suite con spa Amuma al Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort. Al momento del check-in ci è stata assegnata una camera Premier a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Non ci è dispiaciuto il cambiamento perché il prezzo della camera è più di quello che abbiamo prenotato anche se non era di 50 mq rispetto alla Spa Suite ma ha una vasca da bagno molto grande ed è in un nuovo edificio. La colazione a buffet era inclusa che non è così ampia ma va bene per il prezzo della camera e il gusto è adatto ai filippini. Abbiamo anche provato la loro pizza al Cafe Delfinos ed era buona. Quello che non ci è piaciuto sono stati i cocktail che sapevano di succo d'arancia e non la Tequila Sunrise che mi aspettavo. Il servizio del personale è stato encomiabile nell'attuare i protocolli sanitari al momento del check-in, ma quando si è in spiaggia e in piscina, folle di persone (attenzione a TROPPI utenti giornalieri e utenti di appartenenza, gli ospiti interni sono quelli che devono adeguarsi 😂) non stanno seguendo i protocolli e sono stati semplicemente osservati dalla sicurezza e non chiamati. Inoltre, chi ha bisogno di miglioramenti è l'addetto alla spa poiché tende a litigare con la clientela (durante la mia sessione in palestra perché chiedevo un bicchiere di carta per acqua e fazzoletti così posso pulire le macchine che ho usato ma lei è molto arrogante nel comunicare) e gli addetti ai servizi di pulizia perché si sono dimenticati di mettere acqua gratuita nella nostra camera e cucchiaini per caffè/tè. Anche la spiaggia non è adatta per nuotare (solo per fare un tuffo), piuttosto sporca e si aspettano che gli estranei ti offrano un'isola all'altra.

È il nostro quinto soggiorno a Solea e non invecchia mai perché ci piace sempre stare in questo resort. Mio figlio di 1 anno ha sempre il suo piacere di correre nel vasto spazio del campo, ama giocare nella stanza dei giochi e nuota in diverse piscine. Questo resort è perfetto per i bambini e per quei bambini nel cuore. Sicuramente non vedo l'ora per un altro soggiorno presto 👍

Besides Crimson's great facilities and amenities, we love the quality of their customer service. They go above and beyond just to ensure their customers' convenience and safety. We were there during the landfall of typhoon Odette, 16 Dec 2021, and all of their staff members were always ready to assist us every time we need help or have questions. This hotel & resort is highly recommended and the staff highly commendable. 👍
