Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ogni volta che sono venuto a Cebu per la mia visita perché è molto vicino ai servizi di cui ho bisogno, inoltre il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile, hanno un parcheggio, il cibo è ok, poca scelta di piatti, una bella camera spaziosa, hanno 2 letti singoli ma li hanno semplicemente uniti per renderlo più grande, il bagno questa volta era molto piccolo, non riesco nemmeno a sedermi correttamente sul water a causa del divisorio a muro per la doccia, l'acqua è fornita in camera e un distributore nel corridoio per un rifornimento. Questa volta sono un po' deluso perché non hanno federe disponibili, ho detto che potevano seguirmi più tardi, ma quando sono tornato verso le 17:00 ancora nessuna federa, quindi ho chiesto loro di procurarmi un lenzuolo per coprirmi temporaneamente in modo da poter riposare. È arrivato intorno alle 19:30 perché mi hanno spiegato che l'appaltatore della lavanderia era in ritardo, penso che dovrebbero indagare per una scorta adeguata e un servizio migliore. Il letto è rigido e comodo. Potrei pensare di cercare un altro posto la prossima volta

L'acqua calda è molto piccola e scomoda. La trapunta è davvero troppo vecchia e scura. Sembra che ci siano voluti 5/6 anni. La posizione è buona. Penso che sia peggio dei 7 giorni in Cina.

Hotel is clean,rooms lobby, but flooring and bathroom tiles are dark colors that makes the room dark with limited lightings - staff are friendly and helpful , very good location 👍👍👍

We recently stayed at this hotel in Cebu and had a wonderful experience. The place is impeccably clean, and its location in the city makes it very convenient with easy access to key spots. The staff are incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Best of all, the rates are very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. We checked into Pillows hotel on the 24th Dec 2024. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They directed us to to the restaurants and how to get to the bus terminals. We checked out on the 25th Dec. We stayed in the standard room and it was everything you need and the price you pay is worth more than you get. They also have a gym on the 7th floor. Very safe area to walk around at night as well. I rebooked again to stay in the deluxe suit from the 6 - 8 Jan 2025 and my word was i blown away. The room is massive, large bathroom. Plenty of space. The bed is 10/10 and even the pillows were supper comfortable. They also have free water outside every room from the filtration water dispenser.

This is our first time to check-in in this hotel and our experience was great. The room is huge and clean. I can say that the owner is generous enough to offer an affordable room with breakfast. In addition, the staff were friendly. The netflix is a plus, we really enjoy watching our favorite Korean series. It feels like we are just at home. Thank you. We'll book again next week.

Location is very accessible. I loved the massage chair at the lobby, staffs are accomodating. Its a good place to choose when your in the city.

Our first night in Cebu was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of life, making us feel immediately immersed in the local charm. What stood out the most, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Each person we encountered was so warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening. Their kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time in Cebu!

I wasn’t expecting this kind of room for its price, it’s very spacious, malinis, the room was too stunning and mababait yung mga staff. Highly recommended! 🩷

It was a pleasant experience at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely worth it for the price!

Things I enjoyed here on this hotel: 1. Near Cafes, hospitals, pharmacies, spa & laundry shop. 2. Breakfast is included. The breakfast & other food are my faves. Affordable but quality. 3. Staff are pleasing & approachable. 4. parking are available. 5. fast wifi This to improve: The lights on our room are more on accent light, there was no main ceiling light. It tends to dim the mood as well. OVERALL: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💯
