Nice clean hotel. Will definitely come again

The hotel was clean breakfast was good you get pancakes sausage bacon and eggs. The hotel was a good value for the price with what you get would stay again!

Came here with wife and kids was in area for a Christmas concert at a college near by the toilet ran all night and my kids have nightmares still from.the constant highway noise was told by staff following mourning when I told them about noise that I should of requested the even rooms the odd number rooms was noisy after multiple conversations with them and trip .com the hotel did not want to give me a refund.

Beds hard, but thats normal for hotels. There was a faint beeping all night. We were unable to find the source. Walls very thin. Would be woken up by doors opening or closing, could hear when people nextdoor were in the bathroom. Trash was being collected early am which also woke us up.

I love it because it is a quiet place, there are many restaurants around Wal-Mart. Now I have a suite and it is super comfortable with a microwave oven and coffee maker. I would improve the breakfast but I understand that people don't always come down for breakfast so I don't think there is a need to cook a variety

I left after an hour I couldn’t stay there the bed wasn’t comfy and the room had an odor to it

The staff at this location were exceptional. Very professional and friendly with back and forth banter.

Clean and bright. Plenty of outlets and lights. Balcony a plus for my daughter. Loved our stay. Breakfast was delicious and hot.

Problems with front desk and staff. A mistake was made at check-in. Staff made me feel like it was my fault. Had to keep checking if it was fixed and they said it was. Came back to our room after funeral and could not get in our room. Back to the front desk. Said I must not have used my card right. They reprogrammed.

Completely unacceptable service and treatment. The service manager told me to act with "cultural intelligence" and was completely disrespectful.

The representative was not pleasant, did not smile or offer me any welcome. I checked in just before midnight so I could sleep and wake early to go to work. My room had no heat and was blowing cold air. I called the front desk and the phone was crappy and had a lot of static. The representative hung up the phone on me. I called back and had to go down after I got settled to get another room. As a result, I didn’t go to sleep until after one o’clock. The new room was much better though. The attitude of the representative was very inconsiderate and I didn’t feel valued to be there. The room should have been checked to make sure everything was working before it was assigned to any client.

Staff was friendly, room did smell like **** upon arrival but seemed to be better when we got back from the game. Great hotel for the cost. Location was great as well.
