Molto pulito e ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La colazione era buona e mi è piaciuto il fatto che servissero la colazione fino alle 13:00. L'unico aspetto negativo era che le sorgenti termali e la piscina avevano bisogno di essere pulite. Inoltre, il punto da migliorare è che quando le pulizie puliscono la stanza, portano fuori la spazzatura, cambiano le lenzuola e cambiano i bicchieri usati per le bevande.

This was so far the best stay we had in China! The hotel is new, very clean and in a great and calm location just 5 min walk from the old town. The room was big and very comfortable with great heating system and amenities, the bed was comfortable and toilet clean and big. Shower was great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices from western and chinese cuisine. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, maybe considering the size of hotel would be great to add more, but still we managed to take care of our clothes. The hotel staff is professional, provided us daily everything we need in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Everyday there was a new fruit plate in our room which we enjoyed a lot. Simply the best!

Impressed by this classy boutique hotel that has an AI-operated hotel room. My hotel room (with 2 single beds) is clean and comfortable, and equipped with a humidifier. Morning or evening, I can also request the AI chatbot to update me on weather forecasts, news, including entertainment vibes. Another customer delight is that Lijiang Mufu Xinyi Hotel also serves fruits and tidbits (on daily stay basis) as well as afternoon tea (e.g. Puer tea) and snacks at the hotel’s beautiful courtyard. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at Xinyi boutique hotel and highly recommend to potential travellers to Lijiang.

Highly recommended for its location, which is just five minutes walk to a food street with delectable choices. It's also about ten minutes walk to the lijiang old town. The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel package came with a nice local buffet breakfast and a welcome high tea for two shown in the attached photo. The room is serviced with Xiao Tu, a cute AI app similar to Siri that will help to make calls for you, have several settings to draw the day and night curtains, and manage the lights etc. You can ask about the weather, the latest news, and even crack jokes. Quite entertaining. They allow late checkout, too. Really value for money.

We had a very good time staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception were all super friendly and helpful. Hotel offered us a plate of good quality fruits and some snacks. Also all the drinks in the fridge were free. Only setback was the room smelled of cigarette though it was a non smoking room. Fortunately there’s an air purifier or humidifier so the smell was got rid of by the 2nd day. The hotel staff did offered to change for us but it was too much of hassle due to the belongings we had with us. Overall the stay was very good with the nice and helpful staff. They really deserved 5stars for awesome service.

The hotel has been so kind to upgrade us to the Family suite 😇. The suite is big and has two adjacent bedrooms with a big bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. We will stay here again if we ever go to Lijiang again 🥰 Most importantly, we would like to show our gratefulness to all of the staff in Xinyi Hotel 🙇♀️ for their efforts to help our daughter to get back her handphone that was left behind in the Didi car. As we were not able to contact the driver, the staff helped us to make police report and we went down to the police station. Things would not be so smooth and expedite without their assistance. Thankfully we were able to catch our train on the day itself. The staff even refused our gratitude. This show their professionalism and great characteristics. Words can’t express our appreciation for your efforts but we still want to say a big thank you to you all. 🤝🤝

Good location as it is not too near to busy areas. Great service by hotel staffs. Love the breakfast spread. There many good food options around the hotel. Overall, happy with the stay.

Spacious and comfortable room, the lift smells like smoke but I guess that can’t be helped.

We enjoyed the very comfortable room with their exceptional customer services. We were pleasantly surprised by the fruits they offered in the next morning and a small goodbye gifts when we checked out. Their self service buffet in the morning was great too.

我跟我對象是經常出去旅行的人，這酒店是我這麼多次以來住過性價比最高，服務態度最好，以及環境周邊設施齊全的，首先在還沒有到酒店之前工作人員就提前聯繫我問我對房間的需求感覺到很温暖，其次辦理入住的時候前台也是非常熱情以及耐心的解釋，真的好感度拉滿！！其次就是在微信上會告知酒店各種須知以及地址電話之類的，每次從外面回酒店路過前台，前台都會很有禮貌的微笑點頭示意，真的管理培訓做的很到位了，反正就是很滿意，告知了需求還免費升級了套房真的很驚喜啊！！總之住過最好的酒店了！完全不輸1k一晚的，真人評價！！沒有一句假話！

整體入住感受非常的滿意！！！從沒有到酒店的時候就有工作人員聯繫詢問房間有什麼樣的要求，並且提前加了微信告知了酒店的一些訊息。到了酒店之後也是非常熱情的接待，安排了臨近的房間，送的水果非常的新鮮，服務態度非常好，而且房間裏面都是小度語音非常適合年輕人，離麗江古城也很近，這個價位定到這樣的酒店，真的是非常有性價比了。
