Hotel’s were clean and in good location. Only minutes  away in ayala. Pool were nit in used during my stay.

Thank you Parklane for the good customer service and awesome location. The breakfast buffet Puto is the best Puto I have tasted. The location is right in front of a mall and generally safe. Will come back again!

The hotel very nice and very clean the facility,staff so friendly accessible to go anywhere and walking distance to go Ayala mall❤️

Nice 4 star hotel with adequate facilities in a good location and near a shopping complex. Recommended and opt for the newly renovated rooms or higher floor rooms for better view.

Place is located near Ayala which is very convenient. Not happy that I wasn't informed the the pool was having renivation. Mg ice and nephew were looking for some fun pool experience.

Location wise, its just a few meters away from Ayala Mall. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Loved the body wash scent. Breakfast spread, loved the chicken. Will surely stay here again.

The elevator during our stay was malfunctioning multiple times including rlectricity. Not sure if there is a backup generator.

Our view from the room was really nice. But renovation can really be helpful in making it more comfortable. One thing the I dont like is how you open the bathroom door. It will slam on the legs of someone using the toilet lol maybe it is just our room.

Most equipment very old , bathtub with stain . No USB charging which is very common nowadays. But I can say location is good and staff mostly very friendly.

Housekeeping needs to be more alert when they do a made-up room as they forget to replace my towel after cleaning up my room. Need to call to reception for the bath towels.
