I arrived with 2 other travelers who are apart of Intrepid travel. We arrived by Intrepid shuttle upon arrival at Casablanca airport at 10am. Bags brought up to our rooms - that we were able to access with 15min of our arrival despite official check in scheduled no earlier than 12.30pm. This was perfect as I wanted rest & a shower before joining rest of group at 6pm. Room was clean, bed comfortable and air conditioning worked well (a little noisy but that didn’t affect my stay or sleep!) The hotel itself is like an art gallery with work and craft from local artisans. Breakfast had many options, depending on preference and taste- hot food or continental style was on offer- self serve. The coffee machine with different coffee options worked well. I had a cafe latte and must say it was perfect (I’m quite picky with espresso coffee!) There was also a hot chocolate option too! Lovely albeit brief stay, would recommend. Also, the tiny shop stall across from Odyssee sells various chargers - which was so clutch as I forgot to bring my power adapter!

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

Più di 3 soggiorni che abbiamo trascorso al centro della città ibis casa. La stanza è pulita con una buona vista sulla medina. Il cibo se è bello soprattutto il menu del cibo marino. Il colazione era anche. La ricezione Mr.badr era davvero utile e sorridente tutto il tempo. L'hotel è situato nel centro della città vicino al basar e alla stazione ferroviaria.

E'solo un hotel nel giardino, l'ambiente è molto tranquillo, elegante, pulito e molto raccomandato ai viaggiatori femminili.La classe di mobili dell'hotel è anche molto elegante, e il vento marocchino e l'Europa sono stati confusi.Il cortile può vedere i fiori caduti dal libro ogni giorno, è proprio come la pittura. Il personale mi ha dato dei fiori.Anche se il bagno è piccolo, ci sono ventilatori, piatti di dimensioni, lava capelli, rivestimenti, ecc.E'molto conveniente.La colazione è anche deliziosa.L'ambiente di pranzo è anche molto elegante. UUtente ospiteSalve, dopo un anno ci si ritrova. Io e il mio gruppo di amici, 39 persone in tutto, siamo stati in questo hotel il 9 ed il 15 maggio scorso. Trattamento dai due volti. all'arrivo trattati come si deve per un hotel categoria 5*, camere accoglienti, munite di tutti i confort che si addicono a un 5 stelle, insomma servizio impeccabile, niente da ridire. al rientro dal tour, il 15 , stesso gruppo, trattati malissimo, pur sapendo del ns. arrivo, abbiamo aspettato un'ora per avere le chiavi delle camere perchè non avevano ancora provveduto, e non parliamo nelle ore antimeridiane, ma erano già le 19. abbiamo dovuto chiedere ben tre o quattro cambio camera, perchè quelle assegnate per vari motivi non andavano. Un servizio che in Italia non ti aspetti neanche da un 2*. vergognoso. Buono il ristorante si il primo che l'ultimo giorno.

NnausiccaL'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono e mi ha dato molta aiuto.Ma la posizione dell'hotel, la progettazione della stanza non mi sembra raggiungibile con una valutazione di cinque stelle, forza quattro stelle. Il cosiddetto panorama marino non può essere un punto di vendita. Il mare è molto lontano. Il panorama vicino è una grande casa spazzatura e un paesaggio di grandi dimensioni.Inoltre, la profuma nella stanza è troppo dolce, non mi piace molto l'odore così pesante.
Inoltre, il letto e la testa sono confortevoli.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto a Art Palace Suites e Spa dal 17 agosto al 21 agosto 2022 ed è stato estremamente deluso dal mio soggiorno e dalla mia esperienza in questo hotel dal primo giorno. Ho scelto l'hotel sulla base di alcune recensioni, ma mi sono sconvolto di andare in camera che mi hanno assegnata. L'unica cosa che sembrava esattamente le foto era la terrazza della stanza. Ho prenotato la suite deluxe, ma ho ricevuto una camera con una piccola camera da letto che non puoi andare a piedi. La stanza aveva due bagni completi per il sito; ma la seconda stanza nella mia cosiddetta suite era chiusa e quando ho chiesto alla ricezione di aprirla, mi è stato detto che era fuori ordine perché la porta di vetro della doccia era rotta. Mi chiedo perché l’hotel abbia venduto una stanza che non funzionava, quando mi sono lamentata, mi hanno aperto la stanza, ma mi hanno avvertito di non usare la doccia. Il CAC non ha funzionato e ho dovuto riferire al ricevimento sei volte il primo giorno, senza alcuna risposta. Mi hanno anche detto che non potrei dormire prima delle 2:00 a causa della banda in diretta che suona lì, dal momento che il suono viaggia nelle camere del primo piano. Per aggiungere la cera in cima, ho trovato un ciambella nella camera da letto e ne ho fatto una foto. Ho anche chiamato il ricevitore e gli ho mostrato il ciambella. Ha parlato con qualcuno al telefono e poi non è successo nulla. Suppongo che la lizard sia stata una scena normale in questo hotel. Non rimanere in questo hotel se si usano i minimi standard di igiene e ospite.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.

UUtente ospiteSto scrivendo questa recensione mentre sto cercando di studiare nella mia suite, nonostante il rumore di costruzione quasi costante in hotel. Ho parlato alla ricezione che ha portato solo al rumore che passava da grumi a foraggio. Sono qui per un corso durante il fine settimana, quindi non dovevo essere al centro di Casablanca e questo sembrava perfetto online, tuttavia, nonostante apparisse vicino alla strada principale della spiaggia di Ain Daba. Per entrare e uscire a piedi è necessario navigare un coniglio di guerra di strade oscure e sporche. Non è un problema se hai un'auto, ma per me è 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare a una strada principale e bandiere un taxi. L'hotel è molto moderno e pulito, la suite è immacolata (anche se il rumore è stato bruciato) e il colazione è stato eccellente. Ho altre poche notti, quindi probabilmente editare questa recensione, ma, al termine, se avete una macchina o sono felici di camminare lungo, allora questo è un grande posto per basarsi. Altrimenti pensate attentamente, perché si potrebbe lamentare la vostra scelta se si desidera un breve cammino per un caffè o una morsa da mangiare.

Inoltre, cuz Sto solo per rimanere una notte per prendere il mio volo indietro, volevo un hotel con hamman / spa. Ho visto il loro posto spa sembra buono. Ma aprilo solo alle 10 e è pieno. Ho un aereo da catturare, così vorrei che il bagno potesse iniziare prima o chiudere più tardi. Il manager dell'hotel era gentile abbastanza per aiutarmi a sistemare e ho avuto la mia cappella e il massaggio. La signora del bagno non era troppo carina, ma posso dirle che prova... certamente non vale il denaro come quando le chiedo di un massaggio più forte, lei dice che devo pagare di più! Per la prima volta un massaggiatore mi dica questo. Anw è un hotel decente, grande stanza. Penso che sia più per i viaggiatori di business.

UUtente ospiteDifficilmente commento in modo negativo gli hotel in cui soggiorno ma questa volta mi tocca farlo. L'hotel è classificato 5 stelle ma spesso sono stata in 4 stelle decisamente migliori. Mio marito è da anni socio all (per anni gold), attualmente silver e quindi molto spesso beneficiamo di upgrade, so benissimo che non si tratta di un automatismo ma mai era successo che ci fosse assegnata una camera al 2 piano (primo piano occupato da camere) e perdipiu' vista tettoia, pensare che l'hotel ha ben 13 piani dedicati agli ospiti. La camera inoltre pur essendo una deluxe non era dotata ne' di ciabatte ne' di accappatoi (dopo aver chiesto 2 volte alla reception me ne hanno fatto avere ben uno!) La colazione è abbastanza varia ma non capisco il senso di lavare il pavimento mentre gli ospiti si stanno servendo al buffet; ho chiesto 2 the, me li hanno portati direttamente in tazza di cui una sbrecciata, niente cucchiaini, su richiesta me ne hanno portato uno. Buona la cena consumata in terrazza al sedicesimo piano anche se la descrizione relativa alla composizione dei piatti è stata un po' confusionaria. La camera era arredata con gusto ed il letto comodissimo. Una particolare nota di merito va al personale che si occupa dei bagagli e del posteggio, sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi spiace ma dovessi tornare a Casablanca cambierei hotel.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato questo hotel per il mio capo che ha soggiornato 10 notti da fine novembre a oggi e l'esperienza è stato proprio deludente. è stato 10 giorni senza wifi e nonostante avessimo anche contattato l'hotel varie volte non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna risposta nè tantomeno una soluzione. Essendo comunque un hotel sulla fascia medio alta per il posto ci saremmo aspettati servizi migliori; la wifi per chi viaggia per lavoro specialmente è essenziale poichè senza di essa si fa molto fatica a lavorare e a tenere il contatto con la sede in Italia e clienti. Oltre la wifi la colazione era scarsissima (sempre considerando il prezzo di pernottamento alto) e in camera non c'era nemmeno il cestino o sacchetti. Assurdo. Sono passati a buttare via la spazzatura riposta in un angolino una volta a settimana. il servizio clienti è inesistente. Si può certamente trovare hotel migliori di questo, anche spendendo meno.
