A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

The hotel is fairly okay. Not what I expected and the staff is not hospitable that much.

Wish i could stay longer. Its a very quiet, safe and clean&organized hotel. The receptionist knows how to welcome guests and make sure they feel comfortable.

Fair, good location. Prebook your parking if you bring a car, or you will have to park in the street.

The accommodation did not match the images provided, which was very disappointing. While the staff was attentive and tried to assist, the overall experience with my stay was far from satisfactory, as the issues remained unresolved in the end.

I had an amazing stay tye staff is very friendly and helpful their rooms are very clean I would recommend it to any one who wanna visit cape town you should go there the front desk ladies and gentlemen always smiling and willing to help It was awesome

I was welcomed well by Sethu and the rest of the staff at the hotel. As someone who isn’t familiar with Cape Town, they answered all my questions and helped me get around well during my stay. The Hotel has a cosy rooftop bar and pool that has amazing views. The cleanliness of the place is the best and it is very peaceful especially considering the location being in city centre. I highly recommend booking here.

Best Service , love them i enjoyed my stay friendly staff with a great service and front desk ladies they are very nice and accomodative and their rooms are very nice and cleaned and their bar marn is very nice he knows how to make people happy super happy

The Staff Was So Nice And Accommodating Rooms Nice and Cleaned in enjoyed my stay in would recommend it to anyone big up to cape diamond team and the location of the hotel is very convenient there are alot of shops around. Not so noisy, also enjoyed the rooftop bar, high five to the bartender

Greeted by a receptionist who said he was tired , no help to the room . Room was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned , dirty towels , bed unmade . Moved rooms just as bad tiny with the door falling off to the bathroom no privacy . Eventually next day room nos 3 better and larger . Breakfast unacceptable all cold no waitress service . Hotel was also in a bad and felt dangerous part of town . Avoid at all costs

The Cape Diamond Hotel in the very warm heart of Cape Town cbd -- real value for money close to the V&A Waterfront the CTICC, the parliament, Greenmarket Square the hop of hop on buss bus terminal and leaves you with money to spend for those things you really want to enjoy in the beautiful mother city.Great breakfast and coffee super staff the prefect hotel to host a small conference at with rooftop for those intimate get togethers or cocktail functions. Affordability is always a bonus and this hotel offers more than you expected at a fraction of the costs . The name definitely rings true.

Just had a salmon Benedict and it was amazing had it on a croissant.the manager Azaad was so helpful and was so positive I would enjoy whatever I decide bacon or salmon ☺ and Noxie was just so sweet.my first but not last time,will be back.

I was working in Durban so i popped down to CapeTown for a weekend and the price was very very good around £13 per night via ******* when i booked flights with them. The room was cold but the whole of Capetown was too! The room was basic and clean - really what i wanted for 2 nights trip. Its not far from the night life on long street and overall in an ok area. The breakfast was very good and it seems that locals popped in for breakfast and dinner. Downstairs has been upgraded and looks very good and i think they are starting to upgrade the rooms. For what i needed it was very good but overall i would say it was ok as its basic and nothing special. £13 a night it was around the same price as a hostel!
