The phone in the room is broken The people next door was really loud in the middle of the night And the front desk clerk was not familiar with the system The stay was very tiring

Amazing hotel in an amazing location very clean quiet and good amenities I was really impressed with the service and the staff I felt like they went above and beyond it was a great stay the rooms were clean the beds were very soft in the bathroom was plenty big enough for me and my two small children

I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

真心環境不錯，空氣清新，以後還會再住這裏的！幾乎可以當成安大略大本營了。離機場衹有1.5公里！非常方便！

以後不會再來了！！拉黑！！ 優點：環境優美 缺點: 1. 住三天，沒有打掃過房間，打電話問才知道要自己叫 2.早餐買的時候包了結果不是自助餐，套餐難吃死了，開盲盒 3.太偏僻，打個uber沒人接，要等20分鐘 4.這麼貴酒店，放兩瓶水要四個美金一瓶，從舊金山住到邁阿密，從來沒有碰到過

房間乾淨衞生，服務也不錯，前台小姐姐滿頭的小辮子令人印象深刻！還有游泳池，許多遊客在游泳。而且最深的印象就是大，房間好多，真不知他們是怎麼管理的，佩服！👍
