Visto per 4 notti in viaggio familiare. Abbiamo scelto di andare con Pinnacle a causa della sua vicinanza a tutto. Molto vicino ai ristoranti, Coles è anche a soli 2 minuti di auto se siete più a lungo e necessitate di pasticceria ecc. Quando ci sono entrate, ci sono state comunicate che siamo rimasti nell'altro blocco che fa parte delle strutture, però l'ingresso è via Leichardt St ma è stato facile da navigare a causa delle direzioni da noi date alla ricezione. Non può essere sbagliato nelle strutture. Siamo stati in un appartamento di 3 camere da letto, molto grande, pulito e tempestivo.

La stanza è un po'vecchia, ma nel complesso è molto pulita, la posizione è buona, dietro la decorazione, la stanza è buona per isolare il suono.Il parcheggio è conveniente, molto vicino al lago, in generale è ancora possibile.

I really love the heritage feel of this hotel and we had a really lovely weekend stay. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: No room service (food delivery apps can be used instead, and there's an honesty snack/beverage station in the back foyer). Single beds in family suite are really saggy (the king size bed was great). No sink plug and the bath plug was too big for the plughole (I informed reception on checkout, and they said this will be rectified). Switch for light above TV near tea/coffee making area is inaccessible (unless you tilt TV forward and reach over) and this extra light would have been welcome as light in main room is quite low. Otherwise, it was a really comfortable room with lots of space and great blockout curtains. There was lots of parking, even on a busy Saturday night. There's two parking areas out the front of the hotel and a large parking lot out the back. It's walking distance to a great park and Lake Burley Griffin and close to Questacon and galleries, with the hip suburbs of Kingston and Manuka near by with so many great dining options. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was ok but booking from Trip service was terrible. This is the first time I booked a hotel from the Trip and they ripped me off. They overcharge me. their app showed the price one and when I I made booking they charged me extra. I was completely socked. I contacted to trip but hey were hopeless. We live in Australia but they charged me us dollar which they did not mention. I

Pos: The view was fantastic, esp lakeside. Was also a huge apartment. The pool being heated was a nice touch, great space. Neg: It needs a deep clean, built up mould / grime in the shower, the plugs were next level disgusting. The sheets had stains as did the towels. The couch was so uncomfortable that if you sat down too fast you could actually hurt yourself. The rooms need a reno is dated and sad. Pretty disappointing, wouldn't stay there again.

Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was really comfortable but the pillow was too hard and lumpy. I really don't like the duvet only on top of the bed. Why isn't a top sheet used any more? The pool, sauna and club facilities were awesome. Great access to the lake for walks too. Parking isn't free. We used the 3 hours free section.
