The staff at Pavilion couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in letting us change rooms and responding to requests.But this didn’t quite make up for the fact that this hotel is in need of some serious TLC. We noticed at reception a tourist excellence award from Trip Adviser from 2012, which is hardly current. On the plus side: The huge foyer area was pleasant and welcoming. The king bed was very comfortable which is the main thing, quality linen. Bathroom towels were plentiful and soft and the shower over the bath had a non-slip surface and a useful help rail to get in and out. What needs attention: The desk and table in both rooms we had were chipped, and the curtains somewhat old and worn. The darkish grey paint also did nothing to raise the energy of what was already a dark room (215) with a tree outside. No plugs were provided for the basin and the bath, though these were supplied on request The restaurant staff were great, but the chicken schnitzel we ordered was really disappointing and poor value at $35. We would also have appreciated a microwave being available, if not as standard on request, as in many hotels. Overall a disappointing experience we would not repeat.

Un residence nel centro della città è molto adatto per un viaggio grande e piccolo. È conveniente prendersi cura l'uno dell'altro. Il divano nel soggiorno può essere aperto per fare un letto. La cucina aperta può fornire 10 minuti di comodità per cucinare. Il bagno è dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è un problema. Puoi trovare il servizio clienti di Ctrip per aiutarti a comunicare e risolvere il problema delle barriere linguistiche. Molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza di soggiornare a Canberra la prossima volta sceglierò ancora questo hotel?

Location of the hotel is great, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and shops. Easy to find on Northbourne with a large parking garage for a reasonable $15 per night. The room itself is rather dull, has the bare minimum and the lights are a combination of normal lights and those horrible cheap cold white lamp bulbs. What I was really missing was an electricity outlet you can use next to bed. The bathroom gave me instant flashbacks to the late 80's or 90's. Old and tired are the correct terms. Mind that housekeeping is not done on daily base. The biggest letdown was that the hotel does not offer any type of food service, not even breakfast! Unfortunately this wasn't told at the checkin, so you can guess my surprised reaction, instead you are being referred to external cafe/bakery on the other side of the building. The restaurant was closed 3 years ago due to the pandemic. Of course hotels and restaurants also suffered during the several lockdowns but now is the time to get back to normal, this is the way how your business can survive. But this hotel seems to have given up hope and can't be bothered. Not a hotel I would choose again, especially since the rates are more or less the same as other hotels in the area.

Great stay. The apartment and facilities were lovely. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The cleanliness was some of the best that I have experienced. It was a nice experience and I would definitely stay again.

Buon hotel. La stanza era una dimensione ragionevole considerando che si tratta di un hotel a bilancio, il bagno e la doccia sono piccoli ma adeguati. E 'un po ' fuori città ma bene se avete una macchina (probabilmente il trasporto pubblico è disponibile vicino, non ho controllato). Non hanno un ristorante, ma si può comprare un pasto congelato dalla ricezione e riscaldarlo in microonde se ti piace (si può anche comprare colazione continentale, non ho provato).

Buona posizione - ristoranti vicino ma per lo più chiusi (forse a causa dell'ora dell'anno che abbiamo soggiornato, controllato il 29 dicembre per 3 notti). Ezy marte 2 porte lontano. Parcheggio un po 'difficile ma può gestire parcheggio stradale gratuito il fine settimana. Il re ha assunto una camera di reclutamento - aveva un letto con un divano (doppio), aveva molte camere da muoversi (aveva 2 adulti e 3 bambini - 12, 11 e 3yo). La piscina era grande, fredda ma amava che fosse all'interno.Anche il colazione era buona, sufficiente per iniziare il giorno.
