L'eccellente ospitalità consiglierei questo hotel. Camera d'albergo super pulita e ordinata. Ho portato la mia ragazza per una festa di compleanno a sorpresa. Hanno fatto uno sforzo in più e hanno fatto una decorazione dell'ultimo minuto. Camera d'hotel dotata di minibar e vista sulla città

Positivi - drink di benvenuto in omaggio (tè freddo o latte freddo) - ottima ospitalità - ottimo recupero del servizio (è rimasto bloccato nell'ascensore per 30 minuti. Il personale (Winston) ha offerto la cena gratuita al ristorante dell'hotel, un buono per il parcheggio gratuito e un check-out posticipato prolungato (era già stato offerto il check-out posticipato alle 14:00 e gli è stato offerto un check-out ancora più tardivo ) - Motivi Peranakan nella hall dell'hotel e nelle camere - scelta eclettica dell'arredamento della camera (tavolo da carambola, zoccoli, sputacchiera, tavolo con macchina da cucire solo per citarne alcuni) - buona scelta di articoli gratuiti (tè twg, Nespresso, caffè Bacha, 3 diversi tipi di dolci) - enorme frigorifero in camera - Ottima vista di Katong dalla camera - La piscina a sfioro sul tetto offre una vista a 270 gradi della zona Negativi - nessun altoparlante Bluetooth per connettere la mia musica - tv senza Chromecast - Canali televisivi via cavo limitati - La vasca da bagno rotonda potrebbe non essere per tutti i gusti - il temuto dentifricio Ame

Ho sempre desiderato esplorare l'enclave di Katong e abbiamo deciso di scegliere questo hotel. Lo staff ha preso in considerazione le nostre richieste speciali e le ha soddisfatte: davvero grato per questo. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, con tante piacevoli sorprese come un pediluvio! La vista in piscina era incredibile! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima posizione, bella architettura, bella piscina, colazione deliziosa, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Solo il rumore AC era superiore alla media. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Ottimo servizio clienti. Personale delle pulizie pulito e amichevole. Nel complesso buono, ma ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 17:00 per effettuare il check-in a causa della camera non pronta e sono dovuto andare alla reception per chiedere, senza informarmi che la camera era pronta.

We had minor issues during our stay but the manager Jia Hui handled them well that made our overall stay a pleasant one. Upon check in, our room took a long time to cool down and we called reception to take a look at it, after a while it was resolved. I also went to the gym and it was pretty warm in there and had to call reception to make it cooler. Breakfast was a little chaotic the first day as it was a partial buffet style. Had to order mains through the waiter but it was really confusing as we only had one order chit but 4 people's order. This was resolved for the second day though, they gave us more order chits. Second day's breakfast orders were incorrect, maybe due to the kitchen being busy. I ordered French toast twice, first one came with only honey, the second one came with only berry coulis. I ordered fish bee hoon, instead of fish, it was chicken. Overall their breakfast was okay compared to other hotels but with lots of breakfast options around the hotel, I'd definitely opt out of it. The rooms on the other hand were clean and comfortable. I loved the layout of the room and the toiletries smell really good. It's just that during our first morning, my neighbors were letting their door bang shut multiple times at 6/7am which hindered our sleep. I could also hear people talk when they walk past our room, it's not very soundproof.

Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Lots of food options around the hotel. But sadly there's no free carpark provided

It was an enjoyable stay here - service was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel and rooms had a lovely Peranakan character throughout. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Hotel w nice peranakan feel. Baba chew brekkie also not bad. Fo staff Jiahui is nice. Jamie is very impatient. Look for Syed too

The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great. Within walking distance to a mall, restaurants, and subway station. We could get to the city easily with the subway. Room is spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The service is great. Fast & efficient. The room is clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Check in is quick. Special rquests are provided and not forgotten. Great location in Katong. Just beside i12 and near bus stops.

Good place. There is MRT station not far away, and there is the bus route to Changi airport. Many restaurants nearby. The front desk service is very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. It is good to stay here.

Nice hotel ! Fantastic location ! Services from the receptionist and the housekeeping was superb! Value for money and I will definitely come back again !
