It's was a pleasant stay . I was on that hotel for 5 days and 4 night. They have cafe even mini store for visiter

Happy with the hotel room, clean and comfortable. Many eateries around, convenient shops, pharmacy, mini market and dobi, especially the wet market. Early morning can enjoy the local food.

The hotel is located at a convenient location, at the center of Miri city. We got the street view room which comes with some problems. It can become noisy at night as the road in-front is very busy. On the first night I could not really can a good sleep due to the noise but subsequent nights I used ear plugs which solves all the problem. The hotel provides free parking to it's guests, there are only about 10 open-air car lots in-front of the hotel if there are no available slots the staff allowed us to park beside the building. There is a cafe right beside the lobby of the hotel and many restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. It is not recommended to park outside the hotel building zone as you might get fined. Wifi was bad at the level that I was staying at, my mobile data has better connection haha. The room was really spacious and the TV has hdmi plug so we just played our own media in it. Overall it was a good experience given the price per night.

Hotel is quite good but the parking lot is very limited.

Overall is okay, the hotel is quite old but it is equipped with basic facilities, near to the town, not too busy

The room looked quite old and worn. unfortunately, the air-conditioning wasn't cooling properly during my stay, which made the experience less comfortable

Everything is good and just nice. But if you want use the iron need to take at lobby with the iron board and bring to room by yourself.

Upon check-in, I noticed that guests are offered a complimentary drink. However, I was never offered one. Out of curiosity, I inquired about it, and the receptionist explained that the cafe was closed but promised to provide it the next day. Unfortunately, the same receiptionist did not fulfill this promise. The water pressure was good, and basic amenities were provided. The shower gel was sufficient.

I always stay here for business trips. Personal parking space , a cafe just beside the hotel with reasonable price and a convenient store beside. Hotel is clean and friendly. Highly recommended. The only bad is always fully booked.
