What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

La dimensione della stanza è adatta. La finestra è il fiume Nilo, una buona vista, una camera da letto larga, un aria condizionata molto grande e la colazione è ricco. C'è una piscina nel tetto dell'hotel, ma sarà molto piccolo, non può nuotare, i bambini possono giocare con acqua, ma il tetto può sedersi e bere qualcosa, il sole è in tramonte, il paesaggio è buono, l'atteggiamento del cameriere dell'hotel è buono, è meglio ricordare di pagare le tasse, c'è un piccolo abitudine locale. Vicino al Museo Egiziano, la mappa mostra dieci minuti di distanza, in realtà sono andato 15 minuti.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto un rapido, 24-hour dislocamento al Cairo e voleva vedere le piramidi e le sphinx e rilassarsi prima di un lungo viaggio a casa. Il concierge ha organizzato di prendere noi all'aeroporto (viamo da Sharm El Sheikh) e poi ci ha controllati nella nostra stanza, tutte prima delle 9:30. Poi abbiamo avuto tempo di riposare, di godere di un colazione rilassato, poi incontrare il nostro guidatore e guida per un viaggio verso i siti, il nostro guidatore per il tour e anche per il tour di giro verso e dall'aeroporto era Mohsen Ahmed, ed era meraviglioso. Il nostro guidatore, Ash Saad Saghloul, era anche eccellente, entrambi ci hanno preso cura molto bene, non si sono precipitati in alcun momento, e hanno lasciato tutte le visite laterali (per gli acquisti) fino a noi. Ci siamo ripresi all'hotel prima di pomeriggio, così potevamo rilassarci, e poi abbiamo avuto una cena alle 8:00, che è stata così buona come le recensioni hanno reso evidente (e, sì, abbiamo avuto somma di merda e cibo cinese che guardavano il Nilo come la nostra cena addio in Egitto). La nostra camera era molto confortevole e le viste del Nilo e delle Piramidi dal nostro balcone lo facevano sentire molto speciale. Grazie a tutti nelle quattro stagioni per averlo fatto e per averlo fatto così facile e comodo.

Il livello di salsa è compreso tra non e non bene, I frutti acquistati sono come se volessi insinuare l'agricoltura egiziana (come avete comprato un'infezione di ciliegie in Egitto?Ah?), tutto quello che si può mangiare in tutta la colazione è il grano di caffè e uova di latte. So che il vostro livello M non è aperto al ristorante occupato, ma il prodotto è così strano che è un po' troppo, ma non posso fare due minuti per imparare a fare il servizio con il vostro negozio aeroportuale.

Impressione generale - un luogo normale di soggiorno per poche notti. Situazione perfetta vicino al Museo Egiziano e alla stazione della metropolitana Sadat. Ma questo causa un ambiente molto rumoroso: le auto da caccia si muovono sotto le finestre tutto il giorno. Personale utile. Un bel caffè La Poire accessibile senza lasciare l'edificio. Buona colazione, molte opzioni cambiano ogni giorno. Il caffè potrebbe essere stato meglio. La stanza era pulita (lo spostavo due letti insieme e non trovavo polvere sotto), ma è piuttosto stanca. La serratura della finestra non funzionava, il frigo era alto. Anche il nero in doccia era turbato, non c'era ne' pannello di ferro nella stanza, ma il servizio di ferro disponibile a un prezzo ragionevole di circa 50 EGP per pezzo.

Bellissima esperienza!!! L’hotel offre tutti i confort che ti aspetti da un 5 stars. Pulizia al top. Breakfast probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai provato. Lo staff è gentilissimo è sempre pronto ad aiutarti e consigliarti. La reception e il consierge sono stati molto professionali. Nella Spa abbiamo goduto di una fantastica accoglienza e di massaggio superlativo. Il servizio limousine con il bravissimo Obama ci è stato utilissimo! Grande hotel consigliatissimo!!!

Stayed here as part of a tour group. Would not have been a choice is travelling independently. The foyer was dowdy and the lifts were very slow. The foyer was always full of tour groups coming and going. The room had a balcony which was great to provide fresh air. The bed was OK - sheets were clean. Bathroom has a leaky shower and the toilet paper did not last long. Breakfast on the top floor was basic - omelettes, bread, juice and cheeses and coffee. Had only small towel in bathroom and did not realise that they were not bath towels but hand towels. There were many small stores in the street from the hotel which sold water, snacks, fruit, baked goods and even offered haircuts. It was within walking distance of the metro. The restaurant onsite provided a selection of food to cater for most people at an acceptable price. They also took credit cards.

La posizione è molto centrale, proprio al di là del Museo Egiziano e può essere facilmente trovato su Uber. La cosa migliore su questo hotel è certamente l'ospitalità dei proprietari che erano sempre disposti ad aiutarci e a parlare con noi di ciò che avevamo bisogno o dove volevamo andare. Molto apprezzato da loro per questo! La camera è abbastanza comoda con AC e una buona camera da bagno, ma si prega di fare il rumore del traffico dall'esterno, come è vicino ad una strada principale. Wifi non ha nemmeno collegato bene nella nostra camera, ma forse meglio per gli altri. Il pranzo è semplice e più egiziano/arabo in stile con pita, falafel, formaggio e uova + succhi.

Oltre alle belle camere tematiche (la nostra era Isis) il personale @ Tahrir Suites sono così utile, fa una differenza al vostro soggiorno ..... Marcelino era eccezionale :) Ha anche organizzato cibo da consegnare per cena da Kazaz quando non potevamo ordinare il Problema della lingua @ il ristorante. Il nostro letto era comodo, la doccia aveva abbastanza acqua calda, il colazione incluso era delizioso e ci piaceva avere in camera nostra. Apprezzammo i trasferimenti aeroportuali entrambi i modi che erano ragionevolmente prezzi. Tutto in tutto un grande luogo per rimanere se vuoi essere nel centro del Cairo, al contrario del museo .....e sì, vale ancora una terza visita, perché GEM non ha aperto ....sic!Il suono del traffico può essere abbondante se non sei usato per questo, ma le orecchine che ho comprato hanno lavorato specialmente a trattare ......traffic ..... che traffico?!! Ha avuto un grande sonno nel comodo letto.

The hotel has a good location, Egyptian museum is a stone's throw and many eating outlets and market is at walkable distance. The staff is very supportive and helpful. Breakfast with the view of nile and morning Cairo is very good. Rooms are clean, linen clean but ac in our room was working but in a bad condition,very old. The hotel also arranges Cairo tours mainly by Mr Ahmad Faris but if one takes your from hotel please bargain prices and first let the person know which places they would cover with entry fees. Sometimes they will say with entry but when you go they tell that some entries not covered under tour. If you take Alexandria tour must go inside Alexandria library because the tour permits visit to library from outside but one should definitely go inside this huge library and insist that the tour covers it's entry. Our guides for Cairo and Alexandria tour were not upto the level . We did tours through city view hotel. Rest about the hotel is all good.

Ho soggiornato al Grand Palace per un po' di tempo. Sono stato abbastanza a mio agio durante il mio soggiorno qui, abbastanza soddisfatto della mia camera e particolarmente soddisfatto del personale, che ha fatto così tanto per me. Ora sono miei amici e non ho intenzione di trasferirmi in un altro hotel. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare qui e, ancora una volta, non posso che elogiare quanto sia stato utile il personale per me.

This ”hotel” is a scam. It is a room in an empty derelict building. The front entrance is wide open. There is no reception or security. It is not a hotel although comes up in a search for a hotel. I was fooled by the name ”Cairo Dream Boutique Hotel”. It is a nightmare. There was a poor looking guy sitting on a chair outside the building. By western standards, this place was worse than scary. I booked this accommodation on ******* and all nights needed to be paid up front (unusual). I arrived late at night. A guy in an old dirty car picked me up at the airport and he was the ”hotel transfer”. That was the first red flag. He was parked at least a 10 minute walk from the airport. On the way to the address, driver wanted to stop the car for gas . . . I was asked if I would like some food in my room. They would arrange for something to be delivered. By now I was starting to get worried and asking if it was a real hotel. I did not get a straight answer. When we arrived it was off the main area of traffic in a dark street. The door to the building was wide open. There was no one around. The building sounded empty and hollow. Curious and trying to not base everything on western standards, I went to the room. Then when we got to the floor still no one around. The hallway was dark. The driver opened the door of the room. It was also dark with a dim bulb lit. I saw two beds but it was so dark I could barely make out what was in the room. I did not go in - I was afraid of being alone with driver and being raped in the room. The pictures on the ******* website are fake. They show beds with white linen and furniture. There was only two beds in the room next to the wall. Windows were wide open over the bed. The elevator did not work to go down and I ran down 7 flights of stairs with my bag. I could not get out of there fast enough. It was almost midnight and I just wanted to go back to the airport. The person who registered this site with ******* was fully paid for each night booked. When they were contacted by ******* they said that I did not ”check in” and therefore not eligible for a refund. Frightening experience and set the tone for the rest of my visit to Cairo. To be aware, and that there are no regulations. People can fool authorities and be certified to list with fake pictures of an accommodation. I am a seasoned traveler and have traveled through the middle east a lot - this location was the worst - an area I would not walk through - let alone stay in. I appreciate everyone needs to make a living, but the name of this accommodation and the website are completely misleading. A complete scam. I lost my trust in everything and everyone from that point including booking sites. Will be doing my research with regard to reviews and stick to a chain hotel for arrival. Then visually inspect a potential accommodation after arrival.
