Hotel vicino alla stazione di Segunda Aguada a Cadiz

Hasta la habitación más sencilla es muy amplia. No había nada de ruido pese a estar en un lugar céntrico. Muy limpio y el personal del hotel muy amable. La ubicación inmejorable ya que estás en pleno centro. La única pega que le pondría es que la separación entre la habitación y el baño es con una mampara de ducha o bañera sin que la separación entre ambos habitáculos sea completa y eso dificulta la intimidad propia del baño.

Sono rimasto in molti ostelli durante i miei viaggi e questa volta sono rimasto quasi 3 settimane a Planeta Cadiz. Mi piaceva assolutamente tutto il mio soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta nel cuore della città storica di Cadiz. Le strutture sono molto pulite e tutto quello che serve.Nella mia camera da letto c'era anche il suo bagno, che è solitamente sulla strada di altri ostelli. Hanno anche un studio e una sala di lavoro dedicati, perfetto per me, perché dovevo lavorare lontanamente durante il mio soggiorno, e il tetto era fantastico e rendeva facile socializzare. In particolare, i volontari hanno fatto un grande sforzo per far sentire tutti i loro compiaciuti e per far parte di una piccola famiglia. La cucina potrebbe essere un po' meglio attrezzata, ma basicamente avete tutto quello che dovete preparare per un pasto appropriato! Grazie Planeta Cadiz per questo grande soggiorno - torno certamente!

It was absolutely terrible. We payed for sea view room in a beachfront hotel. What you really see (through incredibly dirty windows) is some construction site and a neighboring hotel (actually beach front), and a tiny bit of the beach. There are no rooms in this hotel with at least side sea view. What you really get is a busy square view (and noise). It's only getting worse at breakfast, someone's hair included. But when it becomes absolutely unbearable is when you try complaining about these things. We would have happily accepted a room downgrade and a spa voucher but no, they kept telling us they are not obliged to wash windows every day, it's not their problem that other guests slam doors, they can't refund pre-paid booking, which would be fine in 2-star and acceptable in 3-star. Overall, the amount of mental energy it takes to get the receptionist to agree with the claims is not worth it. Victoria hotel next door is just a tad more expensive but has real sea views with all the beachfront quietness.

Tutto straordinario, l'unico che avevo mezza pensione e per la notte non era un buffet, ma una lettera che mi hanno dato di scegliere, e mia figlia è delicata per mangiare e c'era molto poco dove scegliere un magnifico buffet colazione.

This hotel is not worth your money. To begin with, the rooms are tiny, the beds are hard, and the pillows are flat. At least the room was clean. However, nothing prepared me for the abysmal customer service I received upon checking in. First, the receptionist questioned me about my name, because the name on my reservation did not match the name on my passport. Since I have dual citizenship, American/Spanish, my names appear different in each place. In addition, I believe that the receptionist noted my Spanish accent as different (because I am also Puerto Rican) and showed prejudice to me because of this. My hotel room, which I shared with my mother, only contained 2 small hand towels. When I commented about how small the towels were to the receptionist, she said “That’s what there is.” Later in the evening, I went to the reception desk to request more towels, thinking even if they were small, at least I would try to get more of them. The receptionist, with an attitude, brought me more towels. When I got back to my room on the 5th floor, I realized that there were indeed bigger towels, since she had given me one bath towel and one hand towel. So, I returned to reception and asked for more bath towels. The receptionist’s response was that “too many people were showering,” since I had let my daughter change in my room after the beach. I commented that whether or not people were showering, the fact remained that my room did not have bath towels in it. She said in a rude voice, “Well, that’s impossible. All of our rooms have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.” I responded that my room did not have the bath towels, and that there was no reason for her to be rude to me. She became defensive, claiming she was not being rude. I said that she had been rude to me since I had checked in, and she denied that as well. In over 50 years of traveling, and as a Spanish/American citizen, I have never encountered such rude behavior and horrible customer service. Thankfully here I was able to lodge a formal complaint against the hotel, but anyone who goes here should be aware. Lastly, I have noticed that a few of the negative reviews here have very defensive comebacks from the hotel management, which is beyond belief for me.

L'hotel fantastico è stato prenotato all'ultimo minuto, alla fine della Victoria Playa, sulla spiaggia. Non mangiava li' come ci piaceva provare cibo locale. Bars lungo la strada per adattarsi a tutti i gusti o un gentile passeggiata ad altri bar e ristoranti infiniti. Il barman Tearo (scusate se non è stato sbagliato) è stato molto attento e divertente e gentile. Un cammino di 30 minuti vi porta alla vecchia città, che è una must, bella Plazas e bar e tapas mangiare su ogni intersezione. Andate in treno al porto di Santa Maria (ci è una nave che parte ogni 3 ore (maio) 30 minuti di viaggio su ciascuno per circa 10 euro per 2 persone. Devo ammettere che non ritornerà al porto di Santa Maria trovato un po 'dato, soprattutto quando siete stati a Cadiz. In tutto un grande soggiorno di 4 giorni in un altro hotel nella vecchia città per i prossimi 3 giorni posterà un altro commento presto. 😊

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: camere molto pulite e spaziose, curate nella pulizia e nel cambio quotidiano delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. A 2 passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, a 15 a piedi dal centro. Personale in reception cordiale e pronto a consigliare dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Ottima ed abbondante colazione al mattino
