Room and bathroom is spacious and clean. Can be better if bed room slipper will be provided

Great location, helpful staff. The rooms are dated, need a refresh. The door was extremely hard to open to get into the room. No elevator If you can’t carry your luggage up a flight of stairs your stuck

The worst location and room you can ask for Old. Carpet uncleaned, total waste of money. I’d rather live in the gym or in my office for this money. Complete fraudulent photos, hotel photo was 85% different to online photos.

I came here for business proposal , this was my first time that the housekeeping throw the hotel guest stuff away. Normally people won't throw away guest invoice and receipt, especially while I was putting them tidy. They also throw away my newly bought shoes box, what if i need to return my shoes without boxes and receipt????

Hotel 3 stars not rating 4 stars it's not true. Bathroom very poor, flooring dirty and sticky

Excellent safe location. Close to Cabramatta town centre. Very clean room. Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Love it.
