Room was clean and staffs were friendly! We had an enjoyable stay with ASAI SATHORN!

Enjoy staying there. I spent for 4 nights and everything was nearly great. The hospitality is warm welcoming.staff is well prepared trained to offer great service. They are good in English, flexi, helpful. Room is clean, Bed is comfortable, facilities is top notch. Amenities is available at check in lobby. Breakfast is good as well. Beside, they offer 2 cup of ice americano. However, the room is narrow, heigh is about 2.5 meters height which I don’t like. Less space for big luggage. Breakfast is with few optionals dishes. Coffee cup is suck. Btw, still recommend for a try. Also well check the curtains as well. Beside there is other branch at Chinatown ( Yaowarat ) which is offer great service to stay more :)

Very clean and nice hotel. But the wall need more sound proofing.. you might able to hear lots of activities during the nite

nice hotel, love the decor and they use grohe appliances . but cleaners do not clean properly, sides of bed were all dusty with balls of dust and always lack of tissue, had to call a few times for it

Nice place with clean room. Just little small room but still sufficient space. Toothbrush can leave in room rather than need to collect from receptionist. Hamlet was good with band

Highly recommend. This place is amazing, so well-equipped, the location is good, the environment is nice, the service is excellent. You can enjoy both indoors and outdoors. And the decoration is modern and delicate. Very good experience. I like it.

I loved my stay. I think it is one of those things where the characteristics of the hotel has to match travellers’ expectations. The staff are super friendly and would greet you whenever they get a chance. To sum up, It is a no frills hotel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There’s bars and nightlife in the area but it is more suited to travellers that value quietness than the hustle and bustle that Bangkok has to offer. However, like all things good. There’s a con if you can put up with the poor insulation system. There’s sewage smell in the lift, walkway and sometimes coming out of the aircon. Somehow I managed to get used to it. Some might not.

I had a great stay here... Easy access, 3 mins walking to Saint Louis BTS. 2 mins to 7-11. Clean room. Smart TV. Minimalist. Amenities can be taken in the reception area if you needed... Comfortable bed and pillow... The highlight probably the service. Great job to all the friendly employees...

The location is good for frequent BTS traveler, less than 3 mins from Hotel to BTS station . 2) the staff at the front desk and door man did an good job and good service standard. However, since the hotel dont provide coffee and tea bags, the hotel must give 'proper' and çorrect' instruction on what time guest can get free coffee and tea from the restaurant. I have received 2 sets of different instruction from different staff 3) Room is sufficient for single traveler. 4) limited food outlet nearby the hotel and only one massage shop nearby

This is the fifths time staying at Asai,the front desks are still very nice and sweet, helps me solved the problems of my packages. However most of the tourists are Chinese,they speaks very loud and close the door loudly especially in the night,the hotel has really bad soundproofing,might be the reason I won’t visit Asai Sathorn anymore.
