Il personale del banco del check-in è stato super cordiale e anche il check-in è stato impeccabile. La camera era fantastica e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era buono, la colazione era discreta e aveva un'ampia varietà. Hanno anche trasmesso in diretta le partite della Coppa Europa nella hall durante il nostro soggiorno.

We visited here for work, but unfortunately, there was a planned power outage on our second day (the whole Aonang area). The hotel didn't inform us during check-in; instead, a staff member knocked on our door 3-4 hours after we had settled in to let us know. This was very upsetting and frustrating. The hotel should have told us earlier so we could have made plans to stay in the city instead.

Room and facilities are good. Unfortunately the fridge was reported as not cooling on the first morning and still didn’t cool when we checked out, despite asking at reception for the matter to be resolved

beautiful hotel.very helpful and friendly staff. especially staff wawa and om. really helpful.thank you so much. One thing I don't like is that the pillow is very soft and hurts my head and neck. hope the hotel changes to another pillow. everything else is ok. and very satisfied. pool very nice. my dotter love it! I hope to stay another night at this hotel. but Thailand is so hot. I can't stand the hot weather here. So it doesn't happen. myb one day i come to krabi i will stay again at this hotel. very recommended✨

Enjoyed the stay at Centara, it's located at more quiet side of aonang beach, but still have many restaurant options nearby and can walk to 2 different beaches.

The room had a terrible smell, the towels were dirty, not so clean. My family and I loved the swimming pool though.

Great value for resort style accomodation. Excellent service and facilities at this price point. The one drawback however was the state of the mattresses - firm but really clapped out and sagging/worn which made for very uncomfortable sleep. Hotel really needs to replace these aged mattresses quite urgently. Otherwise all was good.

Excellent location and nice hotel overall. Good spacious rooms with bathtub. They have a nice bar at the lobby and at the swimming pool. They also have a cute little Kids room. They also do pizza making classes for kids on Thursdays. The location is walkable from Aao Nang beach.

Staffs all friendly and good.We were given exelent service upon arrival with some juices.We supposed stay for 3 nights.Unfortunately…the building and t room are very very outdated and I cant stand t smell.We decided to checked out right awat next day.Breakfast is average.I dont like t noodles soup was so salty and t yellow noodle taste horrible.They dont serve pork here. which is a plus for me thats all.I hope t owner of this hotel will make an improvement in future.Such a wasted when you have an excelent services but t building & rooms gross!
