The Snowbell Hotel is the result of joint efforts by three young professionals - a designer, a financier and a hospitality professor, who have worked for the entire year of 2018 in bringing pieces of hand-sketch into reality.
The hotel occupies a total of two high floors(28th and 29th) within the landmark Bridge SOHO tower, making it one of the best in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a bird’s eye view of the capital city, and Mekong river. The building also comprises of the highest swimming pool in the country. Located on the 39th floor, it is the perfect one to cool down and relax after a day out or start your day wet. Of course, all guests will have free access to the pool.
All rooms are from hand-sketch designs, with a minimalist concept, Nordic-style and a huge emphasis on quality interior materials. Avevo un buon soggiorno in questo hotel! La posizione era perfetta, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. I servizi erano eccellenti, con personale amichevole e attento. La piscina e la palestra sono state mantenute e un'ottima supplementazione al mio soggiorno. The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

Il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico in questo hotel, e non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza! Il bagno in suite era anche fantastico; era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno.
La camera era più alta di quanto mi aspettavo, ogni pasto era delizioso e immediato, mi colpì in particolare il servizio di pulizia quotidiana, la camera era mantenuta ad un livello elevato, facendola sentire fresca e invitante per tutta la mia permanenza.
In generale, questo hotel ha offerto una splendida esperienza con un servizio impeccabile e un'ottima attrezzatura. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

Natalie BAUMANIS, esperienza di ospiti e manager di qualità del marchio è un grande aiuto durante il mio soggiorno. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e gentili. È aperto solo due mesi fa, quindi è di nuovo. Il cibo nel ristorante è fantastico e il prezzo è molto ragionevole. Situato nel centro della città. È molto conveniente per noi visitare il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche.
Ha una camera molto modernizzata. Il condizionamento dell'aria è così potente, i letti sono così comodi. Ci sono così tanti uscite che posso caricare il mio telefono cellulare e tutti gli altri dispositivi elettrici. Le strutture sono di buona qualità. Raccomando vivamente Novotel bkk.
Vorrei sicuramente visitare la prossima volta.

no normally tv channels only Chinese and staff don't know haw it reset. very strong smell of sigarets in hall, it comes to room, unfortunately

PPreetam SureshViaggio spesso nel sud-est asiatico e questo è forse il soggiorno più confortevole da un po' di tempo a questa parte. Ottima posizione, vista sul fiume, personale allegro e disponibile, design del posto, dall'arredamento moderno alla presa USB C per la ricarica, tutto è perfetto. Il bar al piano di sotto è fantastico per intrattenere gli amici e anche il personale è fantastico. Non vedo l'ora di tornare qui.

NNadine NHo soggiornato per la terza volta in questo hotel nel giro di 7 mesi! Lo adoro così tanto che continuo a tornarci 😊 . Come al solito, servizio cordiale, fantastico ed efficiente da parte di tutto il personale a partire dal check-in e percepito da tutti gli altri membri del personale, in particolare il personale delle pulizie, della sicurezza e del ristorante al Cloud 9.
Il personale della reception è sempre sorridente, cordiale e felice di aiutare. Le pulizie vengono eseguite bene e quotidianamente. Il servizio in camera e il personale del Cloud 9 sono cordiali e veloci. Il personale parla principalmente inglese, quindi non è affatto una difficoltà a comunicare. Il check-in e il check-out sono così rapidi e facili!
Come sempre la piscina è pulita, tranquilla e ben tenuta. Il servizio in camera e il cibo in hotel sono di prima qualità. Di certo, la spa vale ogni centesimo e non è molto più costosa di avventurarsi fuori. Certo, potresti ottenere di meno, ma la qualità e l'ambiente della spa dell'hotel sono davvero sereni, tranquilli e di lusso di prima qualità!
Shopping e cibo convenienti in abbondanza intorno all'hotel e vicino al fiume. Sebbene si trovi vicino al quartiere a luci rosse, la sicurezza è eccezionale e la zona in sé non è pericolosa (tenete gli occhi aperti e tenete gli oggetti di valore a portata di mano).
L'unico piccolo inconveniente è l'illuminazione della stanza, sebbene ci siano molte luci, la luce gialla può essere piuttosto fioca, soprattutto intorno alla zona del lavandino (donne, siate avvisate, non è così facile truccarsi lol 😂), ma questa è una piccola cosa. Nel complesso, questo rimane il mio hotel preferito ogni volta che sono a Phnom Penh!

I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

YYeeMonI booked this room cuz it was close to Naga World building as I’m attending a concert at NABA theatre. Location was great, close to many eateries but a bit far from seven eleven. The room I got was in the corner so it was pretty quiet and quite spacious. Cleanliness wise, fair enough but definitely can improve.

RRobert PaulA lovely traditional Cambodian style hotel. The young staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There’s lots of wooden features and a wildly over cluttered lobby. The laneway leading to the hotel can be a little dodgy and littered with rubbish. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and quite good with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool and restaurant are both lovely and the service and food were appreciated. My room seemed fine but there’s no powerpoint near the bed and the shower set up is weird. Do house staff ever check the batteries in the TV remote? No balcony as stated in the Trip booking. Avoid the over charging Tuk Tuk drivers out front and call a GRAB for better value transportation.

TTana_TevyI think what I like most about here is the gray color or all design around. I’m pretty enjoying the city view from morning and also the evening time when the colors start to change. Phnom Penh even it is my hometown it is still very fascinating to see the growth once eventually in awhile.
This is the place to also get my zen energy recharge. Evening meditation and morning stretch in a studio queen bedroom is way just enough space to do it all. The little charming kitchen and a cooler fridge obviously new as well easy to make healthy diet meals prep in just a minute. What I could ask for more would be little just cleaner than this as sometime in the shelf compartment still have dust and small tiny trash from plywood. It is so possible come from the drawer build that wasn’t clean enough after construction.
I really enjoy bathroom decor too. Small and convenient. I love the sliding door that makes more space for this kind of tiny studio.
Location is best for everything walking distance if anyone would look for city life. It’s a good scenes from independent monument too and the river just a walking distance away toward the ferry is where you can cross to Chroychangva or Areyakat that can give another different lifestyle from the capital center.
The pool is ok, looks fine enough to swim somehow there’s not much shade incase to swim during the day it can be really warm. The view is alright as well, as the glass all over is missy not transparent clean it’s hardly see the best view just yet. It possible coming from dust and rain these days of the season.
All in all, the value of the price for the room is applicable as the service is pretty limited too and friendly staffs are around in the lobby to support for any thing matter. There’s no phone service operated in the room that can check or request anything. I would definitely recommend to have a list of thing you may require to be supported by the staff and ask them they are very fast and supportive.
Cleaning service is happening everyday at 9:30am if there’s no no disturb sign please request for it or they will knock until you don’t respond and walking into the room to clean it. So far this is very safe place to be, you won’t get locked in the room by yourself as cleaner will come everyday if you don’t have a sign up.
Lundry machine is really helpful, and small wall reel is also really good enough to dry clothes. I will surely come again to stay here for my next weekend get away in the city of Phnom Penh.
