昭蘇牧雪居｜治癒旅途的寶藏民宿，下次來還選這裏✨ 平時網上預訂民宿，心裏總會有些忐忑，擔心實景和圖文不符，踩雷失望。但這次在昭蘇入住的牧雪居，徹底顛覆了我的固有印象，給我們的伊犁之行添滿了温暖與驚喜。 我們從伊寧一路自駕來到昭蘇，抵達時午後烈日炎炎，疲憊不已。好在前台小格姑娘特別温柔熱情，貼心快速地為我們辦理了入住。我們預訂的是民宿盡頭的180度景觀房，四面超大落地窗的視野真的太絕了！窩在客廳柔軟的白色沙發上，便能靜賞流雲漫卷、遠山清朗，昭蘇的治癒風光盡收眼底，氛圍感直接拉滿。 民宿已經開業兩年，但房間設施維護得格外乾淨整潔，幾乎看不到使用痕跡，實景和平台圖片一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人特別舒心。 出發前我提前添加了店家微信諮詢活動事宜，全程響應及時、耐心細緻，事事為客人着想。對於民宿而言，乾淨優質的硬件是基礎，這般貼心走心的服務，才是最動人的温度。還有工作人員小升，也為我們的行程給出了超多實用建議，真誠又熱心，特別靠譜。 入住期間我們在這裏吃了午餐和晚餐，支持網上小程序點單，特別方便。從房間過來，餐食就已經貼心備好，不用久等。本地牛肉口感絕佳、鮮香入味，地道的口味讓人回味無窮。同時體驗了店內的自助洗衣服務，設施齊全好用，細節體驗感拉滿。 店裡還有兩衹可愛小狗天天和哈雷，性格温順親人，一點都不怕生。每晚散步回房，它們都會一路乖乖護送我們，看着兩小衹在草原肆意奔跑、撒歡打滾，自在又治癒，光是看着心情都變柔軟。 最特別的是，民宿還安排了豐富的哈薩克族民俗體驗活動。我們親手體驗了擠牛奶、分離奶油、手工打饢，最後和大家一起分享親手製作的饢餅，沉浸式感受當地特色民俗文化，旅途變得格外有意義。 我們在這裏安穩住了兩晚，第二天來回夏塔景區，看完天馬浴河的表演回到民宿已經晚上十點了。本以為深夜返回衹會簡單接待，沒想到工作人員主動上前問候遊玩體驗，一句温柔的關心，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。能把服務做到細緻入微、把客人放在心上，真的特別難得。 臨走前，工作人員還特意為我們推薦了風景絕美、車流稀少的小眾路線，讓我們一路伴着草原美景，安心順暢地抵達瓊庫什台。 全程沉浸式體驗下來，滿心都是歡喜與感動。如果下次再來昭蘇，牧雪居一定是我們的不二之選！真心推薦給來昭蘇旅行的朋友們，值得奔赴、值得反覆入住💛

E' assolutamente fantastico.Il personale è andato fuori dal loro modo per aiutarci. Tutti erano così amichevoli, e alla fine di WeChat se volevamo aiuto. Siamo vegetariani, e ci hanno cucinato la sera. La tenda familiare era perfetta, i letti erano così comodi, due tipi diversi di cuscino e un bel duvet. Il bagno era molto pulito. La vista era stupenda. Eravamo in A123. Quando siamo partiti, ci hanno dato un regalo di tè locale.

Ho avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso e voglio davvero ringraziare tutti i membri del personale per aver fatto il mio viaggio così speciale. In primo luogo, l’ospitalità era di gran lunga sorprendente. In quanto straniero che non può parlare cinese, ero un po’ nervoso prima, ma ogni membro del personale cercava di aiutarmi e di accogliermi con il cuore, che mi toccava profondamente. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare un membro del personale chiamato Yi, che era l'unica persona che poteva comunicare con me in inglese, e mi ha aiutato con tutto il resto durante il mio soggiorno. A causa della sua gentilezza, non mi sono mai sentita incomoda o isolata qui nonostante la barriera linguistica. Le darei sinceramente 10000/100! La camera era molto pulita, accogliente e completamente attrezzata con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Il letto era incredibilmente morbido e confortevole, e l’atmosfera tranquilla mi permetteva di riposare perfettamente ogni notte. Un'altra cosa che mi piaceva è la varietà di attività offerte qui, tutto è stato sorprendente, cavalcare, deliziosi pasti di pota calda, e anche sessioni fotografiche professionali. E' stata la mia prima volta che cavalcoi, quindi mi sentivo un po' nervoso all'inizio, ma il personale mi prendeva cura di me e mi faceva sentire al sicuro e confortevole per tutta l'esperienza. We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

An amazing stay in a picturesque location. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was both spacious and cosy, and despite the temperature falling to -15°C we never felt cold ever in our tent. The food options were delicious and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was provided with a smile by the diligent staff, whom despite our language barrier did their best to cater to our needs. The view alone is enough to make us want to return to this place. Thank you so much for making our stay so excellent and smooth!

Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.
