One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. Il piccolo edificio è molto buono, proprio nella scatola accanto alla stazione di trasporto passeggeri, ci sono molti negozi di ristoranti vicino. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e tranquillo. E'un popolo che gestisce la famiglia. Il capo è particolarmente gentile, sempre sorridente, preoccupato per noi di vivere comodamente, divertirci, portarci anche i pasti alla zona del paesaggio. Il capo ci vede non guidare da solo, ci manda al centro turistico della zona del paesaggio latino gratis, particolarmente caldo. Ci sono lavastoviglie speciali nella stanza, un punto aggiuntivo, il letto è molto comodo, e ci è anche una zona di divano. Ogni stanza ha tavoli da pranzo fuori. A causa della chiusura di alcune parti della strada di un'automobile, grazie al capo per l'arrangiamento della macchina, siamo riusciti a rimandare facilmente alla ferrovia ad alta velocità di Yin e a proseguire il nostro viaggio di nuova scala.

選擇絲路有約民宿讓此次喀什之行無比圓滿開心，從下飛機那時開始到結束旅程整個行程完全可以無腦跟着走就行.我是家庭出行訂2個房間，訂房時不知道民宿是散佈在東西城各個建築裏的獨立院落，就訂了2個不同院子的房間，出發前管家瞭解我們是家庭後協調把兩個房間調到一個院子裏，4個人獨享一個安靜的院子，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，佈置雅緻舒服，白天在院子裏喝茶曬太陽，晚上閑聊聽音樂，長者孩子都很開心。 下飛機後有專人舉牌接機，不用打電話到處找車。到古城後管家小艾帶着直接到達入住的院子，全程自己不用動手提行李，也沒有繁瑣的入住程序，落座後小艾馬上送上來各種水果和小食、當地熱茶；房間乾淨衞生床品舒適，路途的疲憊一掃而空。 第二天管家小艾在約好時間來帶着我們去吃早餐，早餐後小艾帶着我們逛西城，帶着我們打卡當地人才知道的小眾拍照點，並全程負責拍照，讓我這個特不愛拍照的路人出了很多好片，超愛了。晚上我們去看演出，小艾幫着買門票，票價比其他官方渠道便宜100多一張，演出結束後小艾又帶着我們逛東城看夜景。 在喀什古城兩天行程裏，必須好好表揚管家小艾，服務細緻入微，有任何問題都第一時間解決，待人真誠有耐心，沒有應付和套路，是真正的在認真做事。 入住當晚我就推薦給了身邊的親戚朋友了，到喀什，選絲路有約.西域美學宿集，不用懷疑，直接訂就是了，推薦推薦還是推薦！

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.
