Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in.   I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible. Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes  found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking. Pro is location near railway station.

強烈推薦！第一次來新疆到阿勒泰，酒店位置很好找，客服提前加V，溝通好一切事宜。520522 首先，11月底因天氣原因，退改服務都非常人性化。 第二，酒店設施設備一應俱全，進門就開始地暖，非常非常暖和。大堂前台結合了水吧，飲品好喝！客人到店就貼心送上薑茶驅寒。 第三，房間乾淨整潔，反正我是挑不出來一點兒毛病，洗漱用品非常好用，衞生間乾濕分離。 第四，菜品豐富，我覺得很多高檔酒店都提供不了這種餐食飲品。 最後，服務啊！！太熱情周到了，免費停車，記得下樓時提前向前台掃碼領停車券。 感謝招待，以後還會再來！

L'ambiente è buono, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta. La colazione mi ha davvero salvato il cibo che mangia carne e mangia carne ferita. Tuttavia, c'è un problema nella configurazione del vostro bagno. Amazing stay with incredible views of Sayram lake. Driving up to the property gave us some worry because there is a lot of construction happening (they are building / developing a lot in the area). A lot of food options nearby. Very close to Sayram Lake scenic area. The dome itself was phenomenal, we three could not have wished for more. Bathroom was very clean, hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were very generous. The dome would get very hot during the day, but the AC tower would cool down the dome very quickly. I would have stayed here happily for one full week! The breakfast buffet was also very full and varied.

阿勒泰滑雪選的這家酒店，真的稱得上是旅途中的驚喜！從預訂溝通到退房離店，全程體驗都堪稱完美，  提前一天聯繫酒店確認入住時間，接電話的工作人員態度特別好，不僅耐心解答了我關於停車和周邊餐飲的問題，還主動説會幫我們預留電梯口的房間，方便搬行李。到店時已是深夜，大堂的燈光柔和不刺眼，前台Ella動作麻利，幾分鐘就辦好了入住，還貼心地提醒我們樓層的洗衣房和茶水間位置，連早餐的用餐時間和特色菜品都詳細説了一遍。 推開房間門的瞬間驚訝了，房間比圖片上看起來更寬敞，裝修是簡約又温馨的風格，地板擦得鋥亮，床單被套摸起來乾爽柔軟，完全沒有異味。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品是品牌貨，用着特別安心。最讓我滿意的是隔音效果，窗外就是熱鬧的商業街，房間裏卻安靜得能聽見自己的呼吸聲，一夜好眠到天亮。 第二天的早餐更是驚艷，中式的餛飩、燒麥、熱粥，西式的麪包、培根、水果沙拉，種類多到讓人選擇困難，每樣味道都在線，食材新鮮得能吃出誠意。用餐時服務員會及時添茶倒水，收盤子也很勤快，一點不拖沓。  退房時Ella人員還送了我們當地的哈薩克特色糕點，説是小小心意。這樣的服務和品質，性價比真的超高！下次再來這座城市，一定還住這家，已經推薦給好幾個朋友了，閉眼沖不虧！

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

L'hotel si trova nel Nan Industrial Park, con comode opzioni di ristorazione nelle vicinanze. Lo stile architettonico è retrò e unico, riflettendo le caratteristiche nazionali. La stanza è molto grande, la receptionist è una bellissima ragazza dello Xinjiang, la stanza è grande e pulita, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto, è stata un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero positiva.

La governante vi offre un servizio attento e vi informa in anticipo sull'orario del check-in.Il riscaldamento viene acceso in anticipo per mantenere la stanza calda, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi del freddo. Ci sono condizioni adeguate per l'upgrade delle camere, ecc. Il check-in alla reception è efficiente ed entusiasta, la colazione è ricca e varia, gli ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo non devono preoccuparsi di non riuscire a mangiare.
