Una ragione per scegliere Wanda Moments è quella di vedere le montagne dal tetto, ma è così. La vista della montagna dalla finestra della stanza è fantastica. Un'altra ragione è la fornitura di ossigeno nella stanza, ma è così confusa. Non abbiamo capito cosa dice il personale. Non capiamo perché solo un ospite riceve l'oxigeno. I giovani della ricezione non erano d’aiuto e non volevano andare in camera per aiutarci. Il nostro soggiorno era tutto affettuoso, andando in piedi e giù per ricevere aiuto. Per i turisti provenienti dalla Cina, avvertitevi che il servizio alimentare è enorme. Il riso è venuto in una grande porzione, la zuppa in una grande bolletta. E' triste vederli andare a sprecare. Forse l'hotel può adattare il menu a piccole porzioni.

The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. Ho avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso e voglio davvero ringraziare tutti i membri del personale per aver fatto il mio viaggio così speciale. E' stata la mia prima volta che cavalcoi, quindi mi sentivo un po' nervoso all'inizio, ma il personale mi prendeva cura di me e mi faceva sentire al sicuro e confortevole per tutta l'esperienza. We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

Dopo aver incontrato una cattiva esperienza con un ristorante del deserto a Dunhuang, eravamo un po' cauti con Dune quando la prenotammo, ma dopo aver comunicato con il manager di Dune via WeChat, ero più fiducioso, perché era molto gentile e utile. Il nostro volo è arrivato a Turpan la sera, e quando siamo arrivati a Dune è stato tardi. Il manager e un altro personale sono venuti all’ingresso della strada per accoglierci e aiutarci con il bagaglio, ci hanno portati direttamente alla nostra tenda e ci hanno aggiornati anche in una tenda più grande. Siamo svegliati a questa bella dune di sabbia del deserto Kumtag, proprio davanti alla nostra tenda! Era così bella. Quando la stagione estiva cominciava, eravamo gli unici ospiti, ma il personale ci serviva con delizioso colazione e cena. Il cibo era delizioso e abbondante! Il manager e il personale erano molto attenti alle nostre richieste. Uno dei membri del personale ci ha aiutato a organizzare un guida/driver locale per portarci al deserto Kumtag per un eccitante giro ATV e slitta di sabbia. Ci siamo divertiti molto. Finalmente abbiamo assunto la stessa guida, un giovane Uygur piacevole e calmo per portarci a fare un giro di visibilità e ci siamo lasciati a Turpan. Vorrei dire a chiunque stia cercando un vero e proprio spettacolo del deserto, per favore, venga a Dune, a Shahshan vicino a Turpan, invece di Dunhuang.

Quello che vedi online è esattamente quello che si ottiene a Miyu Xingchen. La posizione è invincibile diretta dall'ingresso Nalati, rendendo incredibilmente facile riapparire per un riposo di mezzogiorno. La stanza stessa era senza spot, completa con 2 letti massicci, comodi, AC e un bagno intelligente. Lanciare un delizioso colazione, parcheggio senza problemi, e un tetto di terzo piano perfetto per il sole e la vista, e questo soggiorno era davvero infelice. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time.
