the room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta. the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser. the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

Booked one night stay since we were so exhausted back from Bandung. Checked in at 8.30 p.m. and the room was ready. I got 2nd floor bedroom it I was concerned that the low floor will be noisy. The receptionist assured me that it will not be noisy at night since the room will be facing the opposite of the road. 15 mins inside the room we heard a very loud music from the floor below, turns out there was party at the 1st floor. I complained and luckily they moved me to 6th floor. They even give me a complimentary chocolate. Overall the service is good, and the room is clean. Cleanliness and service is the most important thing. Unfotunately the onsen is under maintanance for 1 month, so you should check first before book the hotel.

- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

Anche l'hotel era vecchio, ma lo mantenevano molto bene. Mi è stato detto che stanno facendo alcune riparazioni al terzo e al quarto piano, ma non ci fa nulla come non poteva nemmeno sentire un rumore. Solo il feedback è che forse l'hotel può guardare i guanti come sembrano vecchi e devono essere cambiati ... Altrimenti sono buoni.

Il personale è molto utile. Il pranzo al ristorante è stato fantastico. E'piu' di quanto ci aspettiamo. Ci piace davvero il nostro soggiorno.

One of hidden gem for staycation at Garut! Love the warm swimming pool, it usually get quiet in early morning plus the fresh and cool water of Garut make the swimming experience wonderful. Love the breakfast section. Though the food selection is almost similar to the other santika hotel, but the chef made it more tasty than the other! Choose the Mountain View room and didn’t disappoint a bit!

nice place for staycation, family holiday, children etc

The check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade. The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them. The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng. The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.

Очень стильный отель, гармонично вписанный в чайные плантации на холме близ Чиатера. Есть несколько бассейнов с водой из термальных источников, и обычный бассейн, несколько ресторанов на территории. Завтрак - местная кухня. Вилла Deluxe просторная и чистая, есть зона для чайных церемоний, бесплатный местный чайн. На вилле есть камин и эксплуатируемая кровля с зоной отдыха и с отличным видом.
