A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English)
Here are my review:
1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets.
The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper.
2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels.
3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

Amore quanto conveniente l'hotel è situato. È proprio vicino alla stazione Busan. C'è un comodo negozio proprio sotto e la camera è estremamente pulita anche se un po 'piccolo ma è abbastanza buona per i viaggiatori soli! Amore quanto grande e pulito il bagno è. Resterò qui completamente quando visiterò Busan nel prossimo futuro!

Location is one of the main reasons we booked the night here as we were arriving in Busan in the evening. This hotel is located conveniently next to Busan station. There are also many restaurants around. As for the hotel, we really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but the elevator experience was a nightmare. They have three elevators, but one of them was undergoing some maintenance..so only 2 elevators worked and one of them was large but each time more than 3-4 people got on it would give the signal that its overweight and someone had to get off haha. It was so bad, we had to take the stairs all the way down to eat breakfast (along the way down we met many others who also took the stairs as there was no chance to get in the elevator).

The location is about 10-15 minutes walk away from Nampo Metro. Will strongly advise to walk past the Lotte Duty Free mall to access the lift located outside the mall which enable you to walk over a long bridge and have a good view of the cultural site. Otherwise the check in and out process is efficient and steam less but the room is damn spacious and comfy bed.

Location is near a train station. Hotel room is very small. The luggage could not be placed on the floor, much less open it. It was really climbing into bed after entering the room because of the lack of space.
Toilet door is awkwardly designed. The user cannot clearly look out as it is opaque at that end. However, the guest standing outside the toilet can see everything inside clearly.
In addition, the staff cannot converse or understand English. So it was difficult getting them to understand what I was asking. I gave up after a while.
Breakfast staff seemed to be overwhelmed all the time. And they were very strict with the closing time despite the fact that they were unable to cope with the number of guests standing outside waiting for vacant tables.
It was not worth the amount paid during the Christmas season for the space and services provided. The next hotel I went to after Layers was so different in comparison and the prices were way reasonable

Hi I was stay at hotel for a few days , it was not too bad clean , cozy like the room but room doesn’t have cups and dishes only use paper cups make it cheep and ugly 🤨. The location is bit far but there is bus to reach at metro station. Breakfast close 9;30am too early cannot even stay finish your coffee ones time 9:30am staff ask as to leave . Was feels unwelcome. I couldn’t stay in 10 more minutes to finish my coffee . 😥😥

UUtente ospiteHauptgrund der Buchung war die Rooftop Bar. Leider hatten wir die Bewertungen nicht alle gelesen, denn die Bar und die Dachterrasse sind nur am Wochenende geöffnet! Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer mit Hafenblick und ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Lage des Hotels im alten Teil Busan, mit perfekter U-Bahn und Busanbindung. Als wir ankamen, gegen 15:30 Uhr, war das Balkon Zimmer leider nicht fertig. Man erklärte uns, dass wir dieses ab 17:30 Uhr beziehen könnten. Die Zimmer waren alle gefliest und sehr hell. Im Balkon Zimmer sind die Toilette, Dusche inkl. Badewanne und Waschbecken getrennt, was sehr komfortabel ist. Das Doppelbett sehr bequem und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und Stauraum im Zimmer, sowie kleiner Kühlschrank, der täglich mit zwei Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt wird, vorhanden. Keine Einwegschlappen, sondern Plastikschlappen und Bademäntel, vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Innenstadt sehr schön. Leider ist der Balkon nur mit zwei Sesseln und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet. Das Premium Zimmer mit Ausblick Richtung Hafen / Meer auch sehr großzügig, aber kleiner als das Balkon Zimmer - Ausstattung ähnlich. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Shops und Food-Market. Fahrt mit U-Bahn / Bus zum Hotel unproblematisch und direkt um die Ecke. Negativ war, dass die ”Karaoke-Bars-mit-Happy-End” direkt um die Ecke sind. Ziemlich offensichtlich. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und die Auskünfte waren teilweise leider falsch. Mit Papago hat es dann aber geklappt. Das Frühstück wollten wir am Vorabend an der Rezeption bezahlen. Dies sei nicht möglich erklärte man uns. Man müsse das Frühstück direkt vor Ort bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag im Frühstücksraum mussten wir dann das Frühstück unterbrechen, um im EG, bei der Rezeption, die entsprechenden Coupons zu kaufen/bezahlen. Das Frühstück für 7.000 WON eher Koreanisch, es gab Toastbrot mit Toaster und Erdbeermarmelade in kleinen Plastikbeutelchen, jedoch keine Butter etc. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse aller Zimmer trotzdem super.

UUtente anonimoMa, visto che non ho fatto la mia stanza per qualche giorno, sono andato a chiedere due bottiglie d'acqua al concierge.Il personale maschile voleva pagarmi 1000 dollari per ogni bottiglia. Non sono sicuro se fosse in linea con la politica dell'hotel o sta cercando di ingannarmi. Perche' il giorno dopo , un altro personale ha dato senza alcuna commissione .

UUtente ospiteThe location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was ”the switch is below the TV”. I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.
