2 Heaven Hotel Seomyeon

Non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Anche il frigorifero non funziona. Qualcuno ha già lasciato le sigarette lì ma non ha pulito. Anche la stanza è esattamente l'opposto di quello che pubblicano online, sto dando zero su cento. Siamo rimasti lì 2 giorni ma non hanno nemmeno chiesto acqua pulita e quando ho chiesto l'asciugamano, hanno appena preso la mia carta di soggiorno e mi hanno dato. Sono troppo arrabbiato

Cool bathroom, I enjoy it very much. Also I used a refrigerator for my salad, that was useful. But bathroom has a pit in it, so all the floor was wet, also the whole room was wet too because of hot air from the bath. And they have modern Japanese toilet, but I didn’t use it because it shocked me…

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

The room is big and ok. It's come with King size bed. The bed is solid hard which makes your body ache when wake up, and not comfortable at all. The is jacuzzi provided but not functional and the tub is leaking. The hotel not provided towel, already ask the staff but they said they only give face towel. The microwave located at the ground floor of the hotel. There is no connection lift to the parking. The lift is very dangerous for the kids, by baby hands almost got stuck when she tried to enter the lift, its suddenly close.

Good location near to Metro. Old facilities with no 24 hrs. reception. Frosted glass bathroom/toilet partitions are not acceptable to everyone.

The beds are hard and we didn’t get hot water till the next morning. It also smelled. The bath tub was nice and the room had heated flooring.

Their service and the room were awful. I regret it and can't cancel anymore. Luckily, I booked two nights only.

So i took the key and went up to my room to find the ceiling broke and something hanging out of it and water drips all night + the ac ain’t working. Went downstairs to complain that this is not the room i booked he told me tomorrow we change it. I went up and couldn’t take it. Found one that speaks both languages and he helped to translate that this is standard not deluxe so he took me to another room with the same water issue in fact it was the one under the first room 301 & 201. I complained without leaving my luggages this time and then he decided to take me to the hotel across the reception which is not the one i booked too but the room was okay, yet i paid for the deluxe and i got the standard. No housekeeping for me, i had to get the towels from the receptionist and no one cleaned the room for the 4 days tho i saw some rooms getting cleaned daily. There were cigarettes thrown in the back of the bed and hair everywhere which says it was not cleaned before i check in at all. I think it is really nice place but my experience was not the best :)
