La camera dell'Hotel è super pulita e spaziosa: siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Busan, il che era molto comodo. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Stanno promuovendo i viaggi ecologici, quindi non forniscono gratuitamente servizi monouso come spazzolino da denti e pantofole, ma c'è un distributore automatico nella hall se qualcuno ne ha bisogno.

Overall the hotel is very new, the room is spacious, the smart TV is easy to use, quite popular among both international and local guests. The convenience store inside the hotel 1st floor is great especially during winter time, we don't need to go out of the building at all. Also you can refill your water bottles at the dispenser located on every floor. We arrived earlier than the check in time, there are self serviced lockers for storing baggages. And then the hotel staff invited us to check in 1 hour earlier. The desks on the 3rd floor has a good view of the beach and like a modern co working space. However, there is no cotton pads / hair brush provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

Location - near to Busan station (10 minutes taxi ride or 20 minutes bus ride + a little walking). It's also near to Gamcheon Culture Village (30 minutes bus ride). Lotte Department Store is walking distance of 10 minutes or a bus ride of 5 minutes. Evening time, you can see stalls laid up selling cooked seafood - many locals will eat and drink there (we didn't try as we were too full). Just next to the hotel, there's a Emart convenience shop but if you walk about 50m down the street, there is S25 convenient shop which I find the things are much cheaper. If you wish to grab a coffee, there is a ”Blue Shak” cozy cafe within 50m. This area is less touristy. Service - The receptionists can speak English but I felt they could be more friendlier. We unforeseen our small sized luggage to be spoilt and requested to be thrown away at check out but was told that they do not have a disposal bin. I understand South Korea has a strict disposal system but given such a big property, they could at least help because we travellers can't just dispose things anywhere. The receptionist reluctantly helped after I insisted. The Housekeeping was excellent, clean room throughout stay. Room - Good size. I booked a triple room (Ondol - floor bedding) but was given 3 real beds instead. I did not pursue further as I checked in late (11pm+) and it was 2 nights. The bed was too soft for me. View of the room was partial ocean and port. Overall, a good stay but I will not return to this hotel. I am a hotelier but I do not expect sky high services because service line can be hard at times. The receptionists at both check in and check out didn't gave me a warm feeling - didn't felt as welcome like a traveller.

I would not recommend Ananti at Busan Cove to anyone. It should be a place to relax for families. However, they have an abundance of (confusing) rules and a military style of ”service” from their staff. I've traveled all across the world (+60 countries). Living & working on 3 continents - and this was the strangest place I've ever stayed. A resort where the guest is always wrong. Strange hours, strange rules, strange service. And don't count on using the pool on the day of your check-out - as it's not allowed. If you want to carry around the full page of rules with you, be limited to small selection of restaurants which fill up and close early, then this might be the place for you. On the plus side, the sea is beautiful (although no accessible beach) - so you are stuck with the pool which is evacuated every 50 minutes.

호텔 들어가자마자 생초코를 주시고 호텔리어 태연씨가 친절하게 안내를 해주셨어요. 24년에 지어져서 건물자체는 깨긋했어요. 스파도 있고 건물내 무료 BAR도 있어서 위스키 좋아하시는 분들께 추천! 조식도 맛있었어요 근데 메뉴가 3개만 있어 선택지가 많이 없었어요. 장점 : 방이 커서 좋고 음식들도 맛있고 근처 편의점도 많이 있어서 좋았어요. 교통도 좋고 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 편하게 갈 수 있고 호텔에서도 보였어요. 화장실 위에 헤어드라이기가 있어 씻고 나와서 춥지 않고 편했어요. 단점 : 2박 3일로 80만원 주고 스파 있는 방을 잡았지만 스파를 많이 못 했어요 많이 하실 분들 빼고는 근처에 스파,온천을 가시는걸 추천해요. 그리고 물 받고 들어갔는데 먼지가 둥둥ㅠ 욕실에 물이 잘 안 빼졌어요. 씻을때마다 멈추고 씻고 멈추고 씻고 여인끼리 부부끼리 가는거면 랜덤방 있던데 추천드립니다. 싸고 방 커서 좋아요ㅎㅎ

My stay at the Shilla Stay Haeundae was absolutely delightful. The location was exceptional, the facilities modern and spotless, and the view breathtaking. (Make sure to book an ocean view room, it truly makes a difference) But what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service. I especially want to commend Anna at reception. Her friendliness, professionalism, and understanding were remarkable. When I encountered an issue with the safe in the evening, Anna, despite having finished her shift, went above and beyond to ensure a locksmith promptly resolved the problem. Her dedication and support were truly appreciated. I left Haeundae with a strong desire to return. Thank you, Anna and Shilla Stay, for such wonderful hospitality!

This is an apartment style hotel with an equipped kitchenette, about 10 mins walk from Busan KTX, and near Jung-Ang metro station. Hotel has pretty complete facilities with a cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. The room was minimalist but comfortable, with a view of the Busan harbour. The front desk staff is friendly and conversant in English. As compared to areas such as Seomyeon or Haeundae, you will find that this is a quieter side of town, but if you look closely can find nice gukbap and Milmyeon as well as the ”40-Steps” attraction.

La mia famiglia e io siamo rimasti all'hotel dal 26 Dic al 28 Dic 2023 e, al check-out, il personale ha insistito che avevano problemi di rimborso del mio deposito di 200.000 KRW perché non ho usato la stessa carta. Questo è strano e confuso perché ho usato una carta di credito solo in Corea tutto il tempo. Ho usato la stessa carta per pagare la prenotazione dell'hotel al check-in. Abbiamo soggiornato in altri hotel di Lotte in Corea e rispetto a quei hotel, la nostra esperienza a Lotte Hotel Busan non è stata la migliore. Durante il check-in, ho avuto diverse domande per il personale che ci aiutava, ma lei ci ha detto coraggiosamente che lo spiegarà più tardi. Forse era una questione linguistica, ma mi ha certamente sbagliato. Durante il nostro tempo di uso della piscina, diversi guardiani mi hanno chiesto due volte separatamente se la mia famiglia fosse stata registrata per usare la piscina... abbiamo pagato per l'uso della piscina e abbiamo ricevuto nastri di nastro. Anche loro si sono svolti in giro con la mia famiglia, perché il tatuaggio del braccio di mio marito si mostrava sotto la camicia e i miei figli sono piuttosto alto (sono 3 e 6 fii). Comprenderemo che, rispetto ad altri bambini coreani, il nostro bambino può essere molto alto. Abbiamo cercato di mantenerlo in silenzio, ma lui è solo tre e semplicemente eccitato di essere lì e non è stato così bello sentirci come ci stavano guardando per il nostro bambino tutto il tempo.

Hotel altamente raccomandato Durante il mio soggiorno, ho visto i coreani portare le loro famiglie in soggiorno. Penso che sia un hotel che la gente del posto sceglierebbe per le vacanze e il tempo libero. Ambiente: accanto a Haeundae Beach Plaza e Pedestrian Street, tranne per il fatto che è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, tutto il resto è molto conveniente. Puoi mangiare, bere e divertirti a pochi passi. Puoi vedere 56 isole dall'hotel Strutture: La piscina a sfioro è così bella, soprattutto in inverno Nuotare nella piscina fumante e ammirare il mare, le stelle e la luna è un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. Si consiglia di scegliere Haeundae con i bambini. Il bambino si è divertito moltissimo

booked two rooms for the four of us, and the top-up for the ocean view room was worth it as my parents enjoyed the view a lot. the hotel was highly accessible, as it was located right outside exit 6 of busan station. it was easy to get taxis to commute around busan from our hotel, with little to no waiting time. the staff were friendly and hospitable, and helped to make our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. the rooms were clean and modern, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
