È in ottima posizione ,vista magnifica al 15 piano, il personale gentile ed efficiente, risponde in maniera positiva alle richieste, tuttavia il vano doccia andrebbe rinnovato, mancavano gli accappatoi e le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 3 giorni (noi le abbiamo richieste)

Letto comodo,stanza larga e pulita,bagno e doccia molto bene,peccato che le pareti non sono insonorizzate mi sono svegliato alle 5 di mattina per rumori al piano di sopra

Good location

Hotel has a strict check in policy, only allowed us to check in 3pm onwards, but we're able to luggage drop in the morning. They have hot spring facilities for hotel guest too. Had a limited but decent sea view from our room on the 17th floor. Walkable distance to the beach and to the subway. (approx 10 mins each)

The hotel is fine and conveniently located. My own observation is that in all the time I lived and then came to visit in Haeundae, I've never had the problem of salty tasting running water, unlike here. In the long run, this kind of bath can have negative consequences for the skin.

Pros - located in between Haeundae Main Street and VBP attractions (Club D Oasis, X The Sky, Blueline Park train), all within walking distance 15 mins - decent room size with big bath tub - free sauna facilities within hotel building Cons - 15-20 mins walking from metro station is hard with luggage - was requested to pay additional 70,000 won for 5 years old kid who stay with parent and only get a foldable mattress

The room is very spacious with good city view and the most important it is near to haeundae beach.

Room was very warm with the heating at off position. Must open both window too breath, therefore noisy in evening. Toilet would flush properly even after fixing by serviceman. Need to flush 5 times too clear what's in toilet bowl.

If you stay here, need to purchase the aminities or prepare them self. Room was clean but need extra attention.

The water is a bit much, I understand they wanted to give us the hot spring experience... But there isn't any fresh water that I can boil to have clean water.

Not great hotel , won’t stay again. Reception service is not helpful. When you stay in the higher floor , they don’t offer your big bath towel, you have to ask by yourself. I don’t understand what kind of rules of this.

Very comfortable, if a bit outdated, hotel. The spa on the second floor is highlight: bathing pools from 23 to 44C plus two saunas and large changing rooms.
